A comfortable studio with good facilities, in a great location & with staff on hand.... Our electronic safety deposit box didn't work, but a technician arrived promptly & provided a key after we reported the problem to reception. Kitchen mostly well equipped. Comfortable, easy to operate bed.

We stayed 10 days, but had to ask a housekeeper for clean towels. Surely clean linen should be delivered every 5 days or so? Balcony too small for table & chairs, washing airer and aircon unit, but we managed....

Location is very well,near supermarket,fast food,bakery,5 minutes walk to the centre and beach,hotel is very practical,everything work fine parking,enterance to hotel,reception...But you mast to knew the reception is not open all day and if you late for chek in you have to recive instruction how to get into hotel and if you want to make parking reservation it is possible only by phone not by email.Menton is perfect city for relaxation,great beach,food,music,architecture...

Rooms with all the equipment needed, plates, cups, pans, toaster, kettle, small kitchenette. Room is on the small size but very comfortable for a family with up to two kids. Has a small balcony where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning if you can put up with the heat:). You have laundry facilities if you don’t choose the hotel service and the price is reasonable. Very close to the beach with access to shops and restaurants close by.

Nothing to complain about

Great location for exploring Menton and the French riviera. The room was just enough for two friends. Very nice balcony, good AC and kitchen. Good value for money. You get a little cleaning set at arrival which is very handy when staying for a few days.

Sheets were not really clean.

Room was clean adequate for me good facilities on hand easy access .Town had the best boulangerie around. Special mention for Jean Luc Pele. Sorry not Picard. Excellent freh food and coffee. The array of pastries was excellent. Sandwiches of all varieties again excellent.

TOWN. Traffic,exhaust fumes. Harbour side of town was cleaner. Menton is a very busy town has lots of visitors. Not far from Monaco but a lot cheaper.

Confortable space ! I recomend and would book again. Overall good conditions. Had a kitchenett with everything needed even a little oven. A cleaning kit thats really useful. Smelt clean.

Have seen a couple of silverfish bugs during the night running and hidding under the skirting board. Really hate them and this was the only downside.

Great studio with everything you need - foldout double bed & bunk bed, loads of storage for clothes, awesome kitchen with all you need to cook including filter coffee machine, plus nice little balcony overlooking street, plenty of light, etc. Supermarket, restaurants and beach all close.

Washing machine was missing from common area but easy to find local laundrette.

Nice little apartment. Perfect for me on my own. Well equipped kitchen with Fridge, kettle, toaster, hob and a dishwasher. Nice little balcony too. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the station and the beach. supermarket just over the road.

Hot water stopped working. It was fixed but took a couple of days.

Super location in city centre. 9 minutes walk to main train station and plage des sablettes. One block to supermarket. Next to a dollar store. Opposite an ATM bank machine. 8 minutes walk to covered market. All amenities in kitchen and bathroom were convenient. Lovely balcony. Very friendly staff.

Free Wifi was too weak to receive calls on messenger and FaceTime. An electric outlet next to both sides of bed would have been more convenient for charging phones. Only one roll of toilet paper.

If you are nostalgic about summer holidays of the bygone era this hotel (and this town) will bring you back the sweet memories. The place's perfect location between two major beach strips and two distinct old town quarters: "Italian" and "French", will let you leisurely soak in laid-back atmosphere of the old-school coastal town, with ice-creams, pizzas, and crepes served unhurriedly on shaded lanes and piazzas.

Toilet paper rationing, but that's so 70s too. ;)
