The host was not fluent in English but was very gracious and enthusiastic at trying. We were able to communicate successfully. At first, we weren't sure we wanted breakfast because sometimes those are expensive and not very good. However the breakfast at this place was an excellent value with many choices. The location is lovely and the room was unusually large and well equipped. It is an easy walk into town where there are many restaurants and other facilities

It would be helpful if someone on the staff spoke more English. It's not that we don't try in foreign countries, but it is sometimes difficult if there's a real communication barrier.

Good sized room, simply furnished, friendly staff/owners, excellent parking, great quiet location but short walk to town. No AirCon but use of shutters kept room reasonable temperature when very hot outside. Good experience.

Breakfast could have had more choice/variety but was fine.

Very attentive personnel, clean hotel in a very good location with a free parking area and a nice garden. Good price for the breakfast, for what they offer. It is a very good option as a hotel to stop on the way, for 1 or 2 nights while travelling on vacations.

Size of bed and view from window. Excellent Italian restaurant a minutes walk away and other establishment in the town 5 mins walk away. Plenty of private parking. If you are travelling with a dog and need a Vet to give them a worm tablet and sign the forms before returning to UK we can recommend Veterinaire de L' abbaye 5 mins walk away.

All good for this price range.

Perfect location as within walking distance from the equestrian competition. Excellent client service. The owner is superb. Super comfortable bed. I highly recommend. And brought us luck with a silver medal

Perfect location, not far from the bus station and the city centre. The receptionist proposed to pay 4€ more so we upgraded for a better room with 180 cms large bed.

Some tiger mosquitoes, but it's almost everywhere now...

Breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and happy. Location was a few minutes walk to the old town, had free parking on site. Perfect stop over for us.

A little dated decor and furniture in the room but it was very clean and freshly painted and bed was v comfortable.

Very comfortable motel-style hotel just a short stroll from the centre of the town. Clean and comfortable and good value. We needed an electric fan as it was extremely hot during our stay and the manager provided one immediately. Good parking. Very popular with cyclists and walking groups.

After a 15 mile walk along the Voie Verte it was lovely to arrive at this charming hotel where the friendly manager provided a much appreciated large bottle of water in the shady courtyard!

Very comfortable room, very good breakfast. Ideal location on the edge of the town but easy walking distance to the main attractions. Amiable host and good hotel facilities. Good value for money.

Tea/coffee making facilities in the room were absent.
