Elevator is slow and went out of servjce. The shower water was not hot. The T.V was not working and had to call 3 times to get it fixed. No much options in the launch and breakfast

The airport shuttle is never there at the airport whatever they will tell you. This is based on several trips you have to call the hotel to get it sent and wait 15 mn.

great place to stay in Addis in Bole area near to airport. Excellent food and lovely staff. Spa is quite basic but very clean. Good massage, steam room and sauna. Great value for money and will definately stay there again.
this area of Addis is noisy! there was a construction site next door that was vey active during the night, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Location was good and the house keepers and door men are loyal and hard worker. They are very friendly and great customer service skills.
Front staff lack customer service, I am not sure it’s personality issues or management don’t give them flexibility to work with customer needs.
