Please note Ethiopia is not an english speaking country, you will have problems locating the hotel as there is no major road connecting the hotel. You will probably have challenges accessing the hotel.

They didn’t respect the price of my reservation and ended up charging me $10+ extra dollars per night. Internet was non functional for most of the stay. The neighborhood feels really unsafe and is hard to get for Ride

Reception staffs are friendly and cooperative.
This hotel refused to honour a confirmed booking.The room was rented out to some one else and that was really frustrating. After a hectic discussion, they allow me to stay in an out of inventory room and stayed only two nights and of course I have to pay more. The original plan booked through booking .com was 13 nights. Overbooking seems the issue here. Room is very small and has horrible noise leakages.

The hotel location not good, The stuff treat gusset a bad way they ask me to change my booked room to another one because they made reservations one room two times, bugs everywhere we find an bug in the food actually very bad experience and it will never be repeated again and I will not recommend it to anyone bad view bad treatment and dirty place dirty path room , very weak internet nothing in is hotel is OK.

* AFTER BOOKING DELUXE ROOM THROUGH BOOKING.COM AND AT THE FRONT DISK I RECIEVED A CLL FROM THE MANAGER TELLING ME THAT THE PRICE SHOULD BE HIGHER AND I SHOULD PAY MORE * AND I CAN'T PAY IN BERR, I SHOULD PAY IN DOLLAR (WHICH I WASN'T CARRYING AFTER CHANGING AT THE AIRPORT)
