Lovely hotel in a great quiet location yet close to all the action. Great staff and wonderful breakfast.

No towels in room on arrival amd no room clean/linen change during our 3 day stay. This should be made clear on the Booking.com details I’m the Hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Numa Apartments. If you need help don’t hesitate to contact numa via WhatsApp etc. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The overall design exceeded my expectations and it made a special impression on me. In addition, the on-site restaurant serves delicious food. I recommend you to try it!!! Also, we loved the sound of the chapel! Didn't even need a clock. The location of the apartment was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

We would have appreciated an iron in the room. Unfortunately there was also excessive noise from the street which made it difficult to sleep, but overall it was fine!

Great layout for a family of 3. Two spacious rooms (living + bedroom) with good design. Comfy beds and good pillows. Living space had a desk, dresser, table, etc- all very helpful for a longer stay. Loved the neighborhood, too. Great restaurants and cafes within 2 mins walk.

The staff were amazing from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. We were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco on check in which was a lovely touch. this was a 40th birthday present for my husband and it didn’t disappoint. situated on a lovely quite street but then in the lively part in a couple minutes walk. probably one of the loveliest hotels I have stayed

My only 1 small thing I thought would have been great considering how big the rooms were was a small dressing table with mirror to sit at, but only a small observation rather than criticism.

Friends, I highly recommend the hotel! I have traveled and been to many hotels in my life, but in such an amazing hotel in terms of quality, service, location and food - I have never been! This is a perfect hotel! And I'm not exaggerating! The warm welcome, the special breakfast requests that were answered with a wide smile, the amazing breakfast! The recommendations for trips and itineraries, the cleanliness, the new and beautiful room, - generous and a lot of help during the checkout - including weighing the luggage! Amazing location! Everything is a short walk away! Truly a perfect hotel !! highly recommend!!!

This hotel lived up to its 5* rating and reviews! The whole place exuded class, the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, the suite was first class, with a huge bed, large sitting room and lovely walk in shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was very nice and the lounge area was very comfortable. Honestly, I couldn’t fault it.

The property has a beautiful combo between a modern and a more cozy style. The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. The location is absolutely ideal. Not to close to the buzz if the city, but close enough to have everything within walking distance. The staff are just as wonderful! very kind, helpful, and available.

perhaps a little more variety in the breakfast buffet would increase its quality. The pastries were quite dry, otherwise great and fresh food. One other thing I personally didn’t quite enjoy is the toiletries, specifically the shampoos and lotions. They are not of the best quality (irritating for hair and skin) but this might be only a personal issue. Gentler and more environmentally friendly options, however, would be greatly appreciated.

Always coming back. Amazing central location, helpful, polite and positive staff. Private, boutique atmosphere, design touch in every space. Whatever I need always is provided to me. Good quality food in the restaurant. Clean, homely feel in the room, comfortable bed. Last time I ordered airport transfer and was provided with quality car - clean, no smells, white leather seats, extra space for legs, window blinds and quite driver. What else I can wish for a perfect holiday brake? :)

The only negative thing I can say - this hotel can create addiction … you will want to come back here more and more because it makes you feel Special :)

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. It was my birthday and my boyfriend asked for a bottle of Prosecco to be sent up to the room upon arrival expecting to be charged but the hotel gave us the bottle free of charge. We were early to check in so we were offered a welcome drink and were expecting to wait at least 30 minutes but the hotel were able to prepare our room much quicker. Overall very lovely hotel and amazing staff, would definitely stay again!

Good location and pretty interior. There was a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a fridge which was nice. Had news channels in various languages and a nice view from the living room.

Staff aren’t particularly helpful or friendly, and breakfast wasn’t good. Being such a beautiful hotel, its a shame that the service isn’t up to par.
