EA Embassy Prague Hotel

Everything was really good. I like the location, staff, spacious room, and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was very quiet during the night. The food for the breakfast was good, for me, the selection of different meals was diverse enough. The reception staff were extraordinarily kind, they accepted my luggage the last day and kept it safe in the luggage room.

The pillows are so thin and uncomfortable. The roommate (I believe accidentally) took my face towel from the bathroom. I have complained three times at the reception but without any feedback or apology. Despite a few flaws, I would choose this accommodation next time I visit Prague.

I received a very nice reception. (Thank you Lukas for your politeness and smiling face) The hotel is recently renovated; the carpets are all brand new, the furniture and decoration are very nice. The towels and bedsheets were all quite clean. The view from the room was very nice. The breakfast was basic, but was quite filling and for the price paid I guess was more than would be expected. I believe it would be better if we were in high season. The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness of the toilet; I myself had to do extra cleaning. The same is true for bathroom walls and floor as well.

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the center- main attractions. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very spacious and yes, it`s exactly like in the photos. The cleaning was done daily and also we received fresh towels everyday. The staff is very friendly and always there to help if you have questions.

Overall we like it very much but some things can be improved like: - bathroom soap was not sufficient due to small dispenser which was not refilled ( yes, we could have asked, but we bought it ourselves) - slippers - most of the hotels have/provide for the guests these items - it's not a must, but it feels premium - working site - It was a little bit noisy but the quiet hours were respected. Also, it would be great if the guests are informed about this and not to discover on their own, that next to their window is a construction site.

This really nice hotel is located very close to a metro station (easy access from the airport), various tram lines, and walking distance to the main train and bus stations. The neighborhood is safe. There are several restaurants, cafes, and stores near the hotel. It's also walking distance to the old town (or just 1 stop by metro). The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was big, the bed was comfortable, there was a good-size desk (great for those who need to do work). I very much appreciated the excellent lighting in the room, something that is exceptional in hotels. The hotel had many tasty breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again.

what do we all look for when booking an accommodation? Great location, clean room, very comfortable bed (loved the pillows) delicious breakfast, nice and welcoming staff, a quiet room at night. This hotel has it all! Walking distance from the old town center, nice restaurants and bars close by, private parking.

Not necessarily a negative review but cleaning starts very early in the morning so if you want to oversleep maybe you cannot do it. Also, after booking and paying I got informed about the fact that when checking in I have to have on my possession the card that was used to make the payment, otherwise I will be charged again for the entire cost. Keep this in mind and don’t forget your credit card at home.

- Great location, close to the old city, but not in the centre of touristic zone; - Many nice restaurants in the 5-10 min walking distance; - Price/quality ratio is better vs other options nearby.

- The room is quite shabby, the renovation is needed both for the room and other hotel amenities; - The air conditioning system is old and works not good; - The breakfast is quite limited and exactly the same every day. No variety of hot dishes is available (like different eggs, omelettes etc.).

Hotel is placed in a great spot on the outskirt of the Old Town, thanks to which it is not as busy and not as loud in the evenings - I consider this a huge plus. Very short walking distance to the very center of the Old Town and very close to a metro station as well as tram stop, so you can easily use excellent Prague public transport. Nice breakfasts and comfortable room as well. This was my second visit in this hotel and I would come back another time as well.

We had a wonderful stay, facilities and location were great. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options. We would stay again and definitely recommend it.

Although outside temperatures were low - below 0 in December, the room was too hot (around 25 C) which was making it hard to relax properly during the night. I believe it was just a problem with the AC in our room. Other than this , everything was great!
