INNSiDE by Meliá Prague Old Town

Great hotel! Classy, clean, fabulous breakfast, enough towels and toilet paper, soap, shampoo, beautifull music playing softly at the reception and in the lobby. Great location. I never paid one night stay 100 euros in my life, but I liked so much my stay, that on my return to Prague from my trip to Poland, I stayed again in this hotel, and again paid 100 euros, and it was good decision. This hotel is simply great!

When I stayed first time I forgot my old slippers, and next time, when I returned one week later, when I asked for my slippers, they could not find it in the hotel. It is not a problem, they were anyway old ones. Still, it would be important, that first of all they keep them for at least two months, since it is not that they use so much space, and even more professional would be to inform me that they found them and that they are waiting for me. So in order that it is not now some review where is 100% all extra super, just the tinge of this slippers thing, so that you see that my review is realistic in its first part where I explain that all is great!

We booked the hotel's top floor condo for a full week's stay leading up to our wedding in Prague. We couldn't have been happier with the room, which was expansive and luxurious, the quality of the facility, the breakfast, restaurant, and bar, and the staff. The staff very kindly left a congratulatory fruit basket and champagne on the day of our wedding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. You will be comfortable, well-rested, and well taken care of, and for the quality and service you absolutely cannot beat the value.

Really nice and quiet hotel with modern rooms, nice decor, and in a great location. We loved that it was super close to the center and all main attractions yet it was situated on a quieter road which made the night sleep peaceful. Bonus is the Belgium beer place across the road - one of the best bars we've been to! The bed is super comfortable and I loved the high ceilings and proper soundproof doors. The standard rooms are relatively small though we were perfectly comfortable. The breakfast was nice and plentiful, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Wish there was better coffee in the rooms. If you are staying for longer, the breakfast variety may be lacking. We didn't realise there isn't many facilities, or common areas to chill out and relax.

The location is well placed in old town while staying a quiet areas. Breakfasts had everything and was very yummy. The staff was the nicest, even surprised my girlfriend with a birthday gift. Room was comfortable, well equipped and plenty of spaces.

Maybe the sound isolation was a bit too soft between rooms ( or just other clients were not very careful ) as we could hear heavy step foots on the last night

The location of the hotel is great. It was near the city center and walking distance to get on the public transportation. Great for a solo traveller.

The restaurant and bar was closed. It's a shame because the restaurant is nice. Luckily, they did serve breakfast.

The room was very comfortable - the shower and bath very nice (the bathtub was large, but I didn't get a chance to try it). Breakfast was amazingly extensive. The whole dining room was lined with food of all sorts! And there were K different kinds of bread, where K is some medium-sized integer. Also, there was a really, really good italian restaurant about 100 meters from the hotel where you could sit outside and have great pizza! Finally, the room had an excellent espresso maker - a Krups knockoff of a Nespresso machine. It would have been nice to know what the different colors meant (the black capsule was the best!).

I always have a little trouble with the European custom of having a single comforter as a bed cover - it's often too hot. But the room had very good air conditioning, so this wasn't much of a problem. The storage for clothes could have used more shelving perhaps.

Everything was great! I am very satisfied with this hotel, and the best proof is that I stayed in one week two times in it since I was traveling to Poland in the meanwhile as well. Clean rooms, new furniture. Beautiful music, and smell of the hotel. Quiet for sleeping very good.

Everything was good. The only thing which I may mention is the fact that I forgot my old slippers in the hotel, and then returned one week later to stay in the same hotel, and they could not find my slippers. Since this was only one week later, this may be mentioned as something that is not very good. Fortunately my slippers were old, so I bought new ones, but some more attention should be paid, when someone forgets somentig, new or old, more expensive or less expensive as well. Otherwise 99% of all this is the best hotel I ever stayed in, and paid per night, since the price was 100 euros for bed and breakfast, but it was worth the money.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The welcome was lovely. Staff so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and so quiet. The blackout curtains were so good it was hard to guess what time it was in the morning are for a great nights sleep. Breakfast was top draw so many different things to choose from. Nice touch of complimentary drinks in the fridge and plenty of coffee and expresso machine Cannot fault this hotel. Would definitely look out for this chain again when travelling abroad.

The hotel location was perfect just 10-15 mins walk from old town square Charles bridge and other tourist locations and lots of good restaurants , cafes bars nearby .Tram station is also just 300 mts away so very good accessibility to wherever you want to go.. Most importantly the staff were extremely helpful . I would recommend this place highly and would definitely book again during my next visit.

Location is quite good. Despite that the hotel is very close to the old city center our room was very quiet and spacious. We were sleeping with the open windows and nothing was disrupting our sleep. Breakfasts were amazing! A lot of delicious options to choose from!

Internet/WiFi connection is the only thing that stopped me from giving this hotel 10/10. Internet speed is 50 Mbps, which is quite good, however it can just disappear for 2-5 mins... even around 1am.
