NH Collection Prague

We loved the room (en suite 40m2) Large spaces. Confortable equipment. Nice swimming pool/spa although small (no need of bigger just saying) Food at the restaurant was amazing Food at breakfast was amazing. Location is not bad. One bus stop from shopping center and almost all touristic visits were reachable by bus (we left the car from beginning to the end parked) Restaurant staff was welcoming, polite, friendly… well done guys ! The blonde waitress was very kind with our daughter which is always appreciated by parents.

Funicular stopped twice on the way. Pretty shakey and scary for some. Room card were not well set so we had to go few times to the reception to correct mistakes. The departure day was a bit disappointing. I’ve asked if there would be someone available early morning as we had about 11h drive ahead of us. Waking up at 4:30 to be at 5:15 at the reception with a 4 year old and waiting 30 minutes to get checked out… rough. Tried to call but no one answered as it was ringing in an empty reception. Receptionist explained that he was fixing issue and did offer the only breakfast we took but that doesn’t give us back the waste of time. Unrelated note: expensive parking…. 28€/ day?!?

The room was huge, comfy and the bathroom was top notch. Beautiful art on the walls. Great need that was super comfortable. The views were also great and the staff very lonely lent me an umbrella without any fuss.

Waiting for the cable cart got a bit annoying. You have to go through the NH City hotel to get to the NH Collection hotel, and as strange as it is to say, the was a horrible overpowering perfume smell in the foyer of the NH City Hotel. The same smell was in the corridor to the wellness area and was kind of unpleasant. You also have to call reception to ask for the sauna to be turned on in advance and one time after doing so, the sauna was still not hot 40 minutes later

Service was top, helpful staff there. The food was good too. The rooms were clean. The fact that it has Wellness and Spa there. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen

The shower doesn't have a door to close, the glass is only half way and the rest it's just like a walk in shower. It would be great if the showers have doors to close because after showering the water is all over the place. The breakfast is nice but l think more could be done in terms of variety eg to cater for people with intolerances, vegetarian etc, more options could be explored. Even on the dinner, variety would be great.

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights. The location is not exactly central, but it also doesn’t take long to walk to the city center. The hotel is also near a commercial area which is convenient. The hotel is actually located on a hill, and to access it you can take a cable car. I didn’t use the spa facilities or swimming pool, so I cannot comment on it. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and professional, but my interactions were limited to checking in and checking out. The buffet was quite decent with a good variety of food, although the bread selection was slightly disappointing, but I might be biased as I am used to German bread variety (thus I wouldn’t say it is a negative, but just a personal preference). Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. In terms of price, I am not sure if it might be a bit towards the overpriced, but I assume the facilities that they have (and I didn’t use) would increase the cost. I would say that you might find a better quality/price ratio at other hotels. I would recommend coming here, if you like the hotel to be in a quiet area with some extras.

In the room, the only negative aspect, in my opinion, was that that the air conditioning or room ventilation didn’t seem to have the option to cooldown the room (at least selecting the option and lowering the temperature didn’t have any effect). Regarding the breakfast buffet, the only negative point I would like to point out were the juices offered. I tried the orange juice and it was so watered down that it tasted awful. The juices seem to be all coming from a package and then diluted.

Staff were very helpful,polite and welcoming. They provided comprehensive answers to my questions before arrival.This helped plan our time in Prague. Breakfast lovely with lots of options. Sky bar with views over prague was a nice treat in the evening. Comfortable beds and a great night's sleep.

The only problem during our stay was that the sauna wasn't working one afternoon. We reported it and were told a technician was coming, (we did hear them being called), but they didn't come to fix it within the 30mins we waited

The hotel was very tasteful and classy. We had a junior suite and it was in a very good location up the hill. The views were fascinating and the room was very spacious. It was also quite unique to go in the cable car to get to the other wing of the hotel with beautiful views of Prague. The sky lounge was an absolute winner in terms of scenic location. Overall a great experience!!

The only minor issue we had was that the kettle could not be connected to any plug points on the table so we had to connect it in a different place in the room on the floor which was a little dangerous and awkward to do.

Great breakfast with a freshly made omelet, spacious room with our own exit to garden. Nice pool, and jacuzzi. We liked free Nespresso coffee in the room. Stuff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The sauna didn't work for some reason, but we haven't asked about that because we were staying one night only. Also, the only entrance was through the funicular and another NH hotel downstairs that always smelled way too strong with a cheap perfume

It is a great place. Room was spacious and clean, with acces to outside garden - it is fantastic to be in the big city and the same time have a green oasis to rest. The whole hotel is very nice, restaurant has a great view and delicious food. Breakfast was very good with a big selection of meals. The outside lift car is a great adventure - it is running quite fast so you don't have to wait more than for traditional lift. Distance to the old town is about 20 min of slow walk, but you can find a lot of nice food and drink places in 5, 10 min walk, especialy on river banks. It was a great stay. Thank you!

The breakfast is various and very good. The location is just 20 min walk from Charles Bridge and 5 min walk to a Mall Novy Smichov. Tram and métro, neer by. Restaurant inside of the hotel , have just a few things in the menu, but all are very good cooked and very tasty. Compliments to the chef.

I stay for nine (9) nights and my sheets they change just one night before i have to leave. Even at home im change it every 6 days. :) . Sorry guys but for the people what they have to stay more, you have to pay more attention with this things.

We like Hotel location. day times energic and nights quiet so very efficient. Reception is very helpful and and smile. I wnat to special thanks for Mine. She is very helpful. Also general ambiance in front lobby(red bar and entrance are very unique.

Sky lounge no match for smoke. And for suggestion there should be more snacks and drinks because view very special visitors can be spend more time.
