Location, quiet place, good transport by tram, reception, staff, rooms, breakfast, cleanliness (except: see below).

The bathroom was clean and practical, except the next things. The shower gel dispenser in the bath cabin was not usable, although it had enough liquid soap, but it did not come out. And there was nowhere to put your own shower gel bottle that you brought, except in the shower tray. It is quite uncomfortable to reach for it in the narrow cabin. The shower head doesn't fit into the holder, it twists and can fall off when the water starts. On arrival we were greeted by a full, clean set of towels, which - to our surprise - were changed again the next day, and then (to our even greater surprise) never again, even though we had already thrown the used ones on the floor. It would have been a problem if we had not brought our own towels as a precaution.

The staff was pleasant and knew English very well. The hotels location itself suited our needs. It is near enough to walk to the Lesser Town and Old Town. Trams run nearby too. And there is a big shopping mall within walking distance as well. The room itself was just a standard hotel room, nothing special but clean. It has AC.

1st night we had a very good rest but on second night there was a strange bubbling noise followed by buzzing and it was loud enough to wake me up few times so the second night rest was not so good. I still do not know what this is. We did not use AC and everything else worked correctly so this remains a mystery.

Clean room and bathroom. Central localization but still quiet. Nice personel. Kettel in a room.

Poor breakfast - low quality products.

the water in shower takes a long time to get warm elevator problems

Clean and mostly silent room with enough space for two people to stay. Checking in was no problem in the evening. Breakfast buffet with good selection of bread, cold cuts, and cereals. The hotel is close to the tram stops Švandovo Divadlo and Újezd from which you can reach the downtown area and points of interest quickly.

My room was in the topmost floor at the end of the hallway. WiFi connection was very poor and unstable there. It would help when the management would install a few access points for better connectivity.

Quiet location, very close to one of the main parks (100m), short walk to tram stop and Metro station. Easy to stroll into the city centre across the Legion Bridge. Basic breakfast provided, though quality was good. Staff were friendly and efficient.

TV in room was tiny and only picked up 1 English language channel (France 24) Breakfast was in line with expectations, get what you pay for :-) No other issues

Staff was very friendly, location was great because it was very easy to get everywhere by bus and at the same time the area was quiet and peaceful. Near the hotel there is a bit mall which has everything and it's very useful also to get stuff at the supermarket. Breakfast was also very good and they served gluten free bread and biscuits upon request.

It's not the Marriot but, for the price we were willing to pay, Hotel Petr was excellent. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable with an A/C unit--an excellent place to sleep in-between days of seeing Prague's sights. Staff was friendly and always on the job. Note that, while there is an elevator, it only goes to the mezzanines between floors and you still have to walk up or down a half flight. It didn't matter to us but definitely not wheelchair capable. Otherwise one of our favorite stays in Eastern Europe.

Internet was weak--almost no signal.

the location. in a very quiet street but very close to the tram line and cafes, stores and the mall for all those forgotten items. As a light sleeper it was really nice to be able to open the window on a hot day and not be overwhelmed by the city noise although it is centrally located.
