All the receptionists were very polite and helpful ! I like the location, as it's not far from the main attractions of the city and there is a tram station (Arbesovo namesti) near by. The metro station "Andel" (Yellow line) is in few minutes walking. There are many Cafe, restaurants near by. Shopping mall very close to the hotel as well. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. The room itself was pretty comfortable and my stay in this hotel was safe, pleasant, calm and quiet .

Not enough electric sockets in the room. One of the available electric sockets didn't work (Same thing happened at this hotel, during my previous stay in another room) I couldn't recharge all my devices at the same time. When recharging my phone/Tablet, i had to put it on the floor, as there is no other option. The Wi-Fi signal was pretty weak during my stay and at some point it's just stopped working.

The location was perfect. a calm neighbourhood but near the centre and with many shops and restaurants. The hotel was nice, no noise, good breakfast.

A bit awkward was opening the main door. You have to ring the bell every time you want to enter but also get out. The same for the parking area (quite expensive), there is a big lock and you have to ask for the key and open and close manually a big gate.

we enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms were very clean, towels changed every day and hygiene goods were replenished. Breakfast was diverse enough (you could make bagels in a variety of ways, breakfast flakes, yoghurts, various hot and cold drinks, and a variety of sweet bagels, vegetables, berries). In general, the hotel was quiet. Contacts were enough, but as in most hotels - there is no contact with the bed. The location was very favourable, with a number of public transport stops that could be left to most of the popular sites. There was also a 191 st bus stop near the hotel (which leads to/from the airport). There were also a number of small shops and a large mall near hotel. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could be more diverse, but it did not affect the quality of the hotel, because we didn't starve, just wanted diversity. Also as mentioned before - contacts could be more or near the bed.

Breakfast was good. Is it great place, near almost everything, clean room.

We need to call inside when we want to entry in the building(every time, even to go outside the receptionist opened the door). I didn't like the idea of leting the key on reception, each time we go outside. Room was small.

This hotel might be a bit old-fashioned by today's standards (for instance - the lift and getting into the building) but overall I was happy with the stay, and plan to go back to the same place the next time I am in Prague. The location is outside the city centre, but is in a very advantagous location for trams. It is also quite close to the Andel metro station, and I was able to get to and from the airport very quickly. The breakfasts were very simple. I just had coffee and some pastries.

This is usually a fairly minor matter - but sometimes the front door is briefly closed because the receptionist had to be away from the main desk. I understand that it can't be helped. This is more a case of letting future guests know that this may happen. I would still stay here in future.

The location may seem at a distance however one can have a nice walk along the river and up to the Charles bridge. In alternative, there is a tram station very close to the hotel. Tram service is perfect and payable directly on the vehicle with a contact-less card or phone - giving various options including a day ticket. The room was fine with all necessary to spend few days. Breakfast was quite varied with salty & sweet options.

The most negative part for those travelling by car was the payable parking. The cost of the parking is exaggerated considering that one has to open up 2 large gates closed with a lock. The spaces are limited and extremely narrow. Manoeuvring is quite a challenge. All this for €17/day is too much. The hotel is somewhat outdated. Old type of heavy key that one needs to leave in the hotel when exiting. Elevator is small and very old style. To be careful when using with kids as there is no door to protect the front part moving over the various floors. Our room #205 is relatively small but ok for a short stay.

Many Cafe, restaurants and shopping mall near by. The room itself was comfortable and my stay in this hotel was safe, pleasant, calm and quiet . Tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Just few minor problems : I would appreciate more electric sockets in the room, especially near the bed. One of the available electric sockets didn't work and I couldn't recharge all my devices at the same time. When recharging my phone/Tablet, i had to put it on the floor, as there is no other option. In my opinion, the towels are a bit "tiered", it would be great to replace them for a new ones and improve the quality of the toilet paper.

The breakfast was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable. There was a fan in the room which helped with warm summer nights (no AC). The phone in my room didn't work and they offered to move my room but I declined. I also got a late checkout when I asked because I wasn't feeling well and they were accommodating. You can leave your baggage and pick it up at a later time if you have time before you leave Prague. There's a grocery store and tram stop across the street which is super convenient. Also lots of coffee shops in the area.

The shower is very awkward, and way too close to the sink. The WIFI didn't work most times, and elevator stopped working a few times as well.

Everything. Very recommended. The breakfast buffet was diverse, fresh and tasty, possible to choose for different tastes. Very clean and comfortable Good location, close to smichov nadrazi, Andel metro, trams or walk to a lot of key sights and shops Nice building Quiet Elevator if you have a heavy bag or traveling with elderly Good towels, kettle Very comfortable and everyone was very nice and friendly Beds were comfortable , smaller but good size for two people (two of us travelling)

Everything was excellent, this is just a nitpicking: the fridge might be a little loud for those who are too noise sensitive and it felt that some neighbours had kids banging the wal, but they stopped around midnight. And generally it was quite quiet and good place to sleep; a pillow was a little flat, but I doubled it and it felt good

This is a charming hotel! It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was large and well-equipped with strong WiFi. Perhaps what was most appreciated was the breakfast which was very good. Perhaps a bit silly to mention but in the dining room where breakfast was being served the hotel hd selected a good range of 1950s-70s easy listening songs and I really think it enhanced the breakfast. The mood was relaxed (unlike some other hotels when it can feel quite chaotic) and I felt like I was having breakfast in a lounge by the seaside.

The location is ideal- it is close to the Smichov train station and metro. However, it is a bit of a walk to the main city centre if you are looking to be right in the middle of the action. (To be honest, I think staying at one of the hotels near Charles bridge or the main square would be quite tiring due to all the tourists and much preferred the Smichov location.)
