The apartment was very spacious, large living,kitchen ,dining area, leading on to balcony. Doors also off bedroom to balcony. I had a mountain view room facing the road. Felt it was a bit noisy at first, but with earplugs in, and doors closed, I slept like a log every night! Staff were all very nice and helpful. Had dinner on the first evening , we were the only diners. Quiet, as it was first week in November. Excellent meal, large portions. Amazing supermarket, Phillipos, over the road, always busy! Stocked everything you might need! 5 minutes walk to the main bars and restaurants , and buses to Paphos, and from Coral Bay to Kathikas and Polis/ Latchi. Only €1.50 per journey. From Kato Paphos €7 return to Limassol I would certainly stay at Petsas again😀

Just a minor thing- the crockery and utensils etc could have been better, would have been struggling with 3 people staying, but I managed okay.

I spent a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, just a few minutes from the city center. The view of the mountains was beautiful, especially when the sun came up. The amenities were adequate and the staff was very courteous. My room was clean and comfortable, with enough space and a bathroom. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

The only downside was that you could hear the road noise, but it was not too bothersome. The quality standard was slightly lower than that shown in the photos.

6th stay :) ... and we usually meet at least two British families who are staying there every year at same time with us too.....It s simple, enough comfort, with familiar atmosphere of family Petsas, Alina and cats :) ...and all for good price...This year we found new air conditioners, new tapestry on sofas and armachairs and new table clothes in pleasant and my favourite colour btw :) (turquoise blue)

cleaners are going quite soon, but in the evening we put red don t disturb on door and it was ok....when we left we let them clean by puting green sign :)

Wanted to stay in Coral Bay but 86% of hotels matching my criteria were sold out, Petsas was very reasonably priced so booked just 1 week and came for 'look around' week before my stay. Got great deal, upgrade to double room on mountain/road view side. my apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Bags of storage, full kitchen. Hotel food is very good and reasonably priced, as are drinks. Location has worked better than expected. There are 2 other restaurants within 2 minute walk and large well stocked supermarket just across the road. The main 'strip' with multiple restaurants, barbers, travel agents etc literally only a 5 minute walk. Blue flag beach with cafe just 10 minute walk. After a few days I extended my stay by 2 weeks, this time choosing 1 bed apartment on pool/sea view, quieter side of hotel. Now in this room, which is equally nice, and balcony has nice view of sunset. This place offers incredible value, so much so that I plan to stay here until return to UK at Christmas, making it an 8 week stay. Have talked to other guests, several of whom are long stay.

If being really picky decor not really my taste, lot of dark wood. That said there is ample storage, even my 1 bed apartment has 2, good quality custom built floor to ceiling double wardrobes. At front of hotel is restaurant with one section outside and 2 inside. It seems smoking is allowed in both inside sections, which I hate when eating. So on a couple of occasions went to other nearby restaurant. Can't seem to find any English language stations on TV. Lists Sky news but cannot select.

Great pool, everything very clean (also the room), excellent value, lots of parking. Just in front of a large supermarket and several coffee shops. 15 minutes walking to the beautiful coral bay beach. For us the two bedroom apartment was just what we needed for 2 adults and 3 kids. It was quiet with balcony looking at the pool and nice views.

A microwave in the room would have been nice. The furniture are somewhat outdated, but all in great shape, so we didn't care at all. We've been here six years ago, and you can certainly see that the place have been substantially decorated.

The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable, and well situated for access to beaches, local facilities and transport links. I especially enjoyed the apartment's balcony with views looking towards the coast. The restaurant provided good food at reasonable prices.

There was a shortage of crockery and cutlery. The supply of such items needs to be rationalised. A few minor issues such as a lack of suitable power points for charging mobile phones and other such devices.

We get spacious apartament with nice sea view. Bed was comfortable, every room had AC and kitchen equipment was sufficient for everything we wanted to cook. Apartment was clean in general, and there was everyday cleaning service. Easy check in, nice atmosphere.

Some of the furniture and fixtures were outdated and broken, also there was bad smell from the shower drain which only disappeared after shower (for some period of time). Previous guests left the dishes dirty in the cabinets and nobody cleaned it before our arrival.

The apartment was simply furnished, but had everything we needed for a lovely family vacation. Although the restaurant is also an event venue it is completely quiet in the apartment and you don't hear anything from downstairs. Located a very short walking distance from the town center and conveniently across the street from a supermarket and best coffee shop in Peiya. Nearby beaches (Coral Bay) are nice and well maintained.

I realize it's approaching the end of the season, but the pool needs a change of water. Especially the children's pool.

We have stayed here a few times, each time was enjoyable with no complaints and always willing to return when we are in the area.

The last day was a disappointment in as much as we had been out for the evening into Paphos and on our return decided to have a couple of drinks in the bar rather than walking down to the strip. Lights were on, barman sat at a table, it was 10 pm, he said he was closed! We had managed to get a drink at 11 pm on two other nights, although they had had a function on for both of those nights and served us as we sat outside. But 10pm? Really?

It's simple and does the job. Was our base for 9 days. Didn't have any breakfast but the food we did eat here were big portions for decent price. Had self catering apartments, meant we could eat breakfast and lunches in the room if need be. Rooms were clean enough. Had a lovely time away.

The rooms could do with a little upgrading, repainting walls that have chipped, regrouting the shower but again it's nice enough and very much did the job for what we paid.
