Louis Imperial Beach

The staff are outstanding. Everyone did their very best to be friendly and helpful and succeeded with distinction. Needs were anticipated and personal preferences remembered. Our room was serviced perfectly every day down to the last detail. (not something you can rely on these days). The service around the pool was exceptional with regular visits throughout the day. The best thing for me was that there are two great pools separated by part of the building in such a way that one can be silent. And it is!! I could read all day without being disturbed by music. Bliss! ( If you like music and games there is plenty going on in and around the other pool !! ) Nearly forgot ; the food was really great. Loads of choice and all really well cooked and presented.

I really liked the location of the hotel and the beach next to it. The view from the room is stunning. The staff is lovely and helpful. I celebrated my birthday and throughout the day I received attention and treats such as champagne and fruit in the room and a celebration at dinner. One of us is sensitive to gluten and the kitchen staff helped, guided what we could and could not eat and even prepared special food at every meal.

The air conditioner in the room was noisy

All staff were exceptionally good and very friendly. The girl servicing the sunbeds was really quick, efficient and very personable. They were all a credit to Louis Hotels. The restaurant was very well run and the food was good. Everywhere was very clean and tidy.

I couldn't get the aircon to work so nights where hot and uncomfortable. I would have liked tablecloths in the restaurant but then that would have made it more difficult for the staff.

Food was very good. Plenty choice for all tastes and varied. There was a different theme every night. Alcohol was good again plenty of choice varied cocktail menu plenty of shorts. Didn't watch any evening entertainment so can't comment. Daytime activities repetitive. Pools very clean if a little cold. Location right on a lovely little cove with watersports nearby and a 20 mins walk along coastal prom takes you to Paphos harbour. Great hotel would I recommend, deffo

Daytime snacks in between lunch and dinner aren't the best.

We arrived on the 17th December for a Christmas / New Year getaway in the sunshine together, and this hotel did not disappoint. Offered free drinks such as champagne, wine and beer on arrival. Our rooms were on the second floor and we were so glad we had upgraded to a sea view room! The view / sunsets are just stunning! You get sun on your balcony most of the day, and the balconies are lovely and spacious. We had asked for both our rooms (a family room and a double room) to be close together and the hotel had kindly upgraded us for free to two family rooms, which was plenty of space for us all! The rooms had everything we needed, a mini fridge stocked with water and soft drinks, tea and coffee making facilities, lots of storage space for our clothes and full size single beds for the children. The hotel had also left us a bottle of wine, sandwiches and crisps in the room to eat while we unpacked and waited for our airportPCR results. The lobby bar is wonderful and played Christmas tunes as we enjoyed complementary drinks and cocktails all fortnight long. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were very friendly. Our favourite waiter was Ross, such a lovely guy, who always had my prosecco with ice ready and replaced it whenever it was running low! He also was great with my elderly father and made sure he had his nightly whisky ready, too! We miss you already Ross! :-) The food is just incredible - so much choice - even my fussy children found something they enjoyed every meal time - especially the delicious pancakes at breakfast! What we really appreciated about this hotel was when we had checked out, 2 of my children received a positive PCR test, we went back to the hotel to ask for their advice - they took me and my two children back into the hotel, no questions asked - and gave us two adjoining rooms with all meals and drinks completely for free, until we were collected by the ministry of health and taken to our quarantine resort. So thankful :-)

The breakfast was great, fresh and clean seating was excellent inside outside the view was perfect. The location right by the sea was outstanding reception staff outstanding, the bar manager absolute legend!

I honestly cannot say that anything could be better I was really looked after by all of your staff really good people

Excellent hotel and amazing value for its price. Stayed in the all-inclusive program and it was amazing! Great stuff, great food and restaurants and very good service. For sure will recommend!

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the port and city center but overall it was ok, about 20 minutes walk along the sea from the hotel. Also the rooms which are not facing the pool/sea are facing the parking and the garbage which is a bummer

Warm welcome, was very clean, the food was exceptional and great entertainment. Would definitely stay at a Louis hotel again.

I didn't like the fact that they did not check our safe passes at check in, which I consider inexcusable. It's just one beep! We were wondering if they had forgotten to check everyone else's too. This is something the hotel must take more seriously during this time, where cases are so high.

Staff were incredibly attentive in all areas, the hotel was spacious with many different areas to relax and spend time in. The pools were spotlessly clean and the indoor pool and jacuzzi a lovely bonus.

Only one alternative restaurant to the buffet, we had noticed reference to a burger restaurant which wasn’t operating but maybe as we were a little out of season.

The Food & Staff are Amazing ( Mary ) by the Pool is the hardest working lady Ever !! Nothing is a problem for her & she always has a Smile :)
