Overall the hotel is lovely and as past guests next door a few years ago, we got 15% discount on everything whis was good.

Didn't like the food very much. Tea and coffee at breakfast we had to do ourselves cos the coffee on the table was cold. Bacon was fatty, everything had a funny taste. We ate at the Olive tree one lunch time and it was awful I couldn't and didn't eat my meal and hubby ate half of his The toilet in our room didn't flush everything, and shower door so small the room flooded.

Almost everything!!!! the food was simply excellent!!!!!

only minor issues which might be slightly improved: 1. Avocado is currently available. It could have been offered for breakfast as well. 2. The toilet paper might have been of a higher quality to suit this qualitative hotel. 3. The practice used in the dining room is to remove a plate immediately it seems that the food included has been consumed...for some of the guests this practice might be inconvenient. May I suggest laying a card on each table having one side plane and the other including a phrase: I prefer the plates being removed from the table upon finishing consuming the food. A second phrase below: in case I prefer not to be disturbed while eating, turn this card upside down. This card side should be the default.

We were met by Miruna as we arrived. The meet and greet was done very professionally and made us feel very much at home. The breakfast was excellent with a tremendous choice of "eats". Only one restaurant was open for lunch and dinner due to the Covid situation but the quality of the food was consistently high. The rooms were very comfortable and were serviced to a high standard on a daily basis. The staff at the restaurants were very well trained and friendly (one could tell that they enjoyed their jobs). The pool area was exceptionally clean and I enjoyed my daily swims. The sea and the beach were also clean and we enjoyed jumping into the water from the pier. All the personnel at the front desk went the extra mile making and confirming bookings - nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. Check out again was done professionally and the personnel at the reception all came out to the taxi to wish us "bon voyage". It was like leaving your family to return home.

I can imagine then when several of the restaurants are operating the choice of food is much greater - an important aspect if one if staying for more than a week.

We had a room with a sea view and it was absolutely what we have paid for. A very quiet room, nice, clean and there was everything what we needed. The location is perfect. No children in the hotel what makes it simple the best for the couple. Many restaurants, bars and all very nicely managed. A small coffee machine in the room with a great Italian coffee - amazing. Simply, very good choice!

I didn't like I was there only a week! Hahaha... sorry, but I could stay longer!

Staff were lovely. The bed was comfortable.

We felt the hotel lacked evening entertainment for younger couples. The sun loungers are not fit for purpose as the arms on the loungers are like lava in the heat. The water pressure in the showers was a bit of throughout the stay often led to the shower not working at times.

Absolutely everything. the food, the staff, the relax atmosphere, the pools and the view. We arrived late and missed one meal and the hotel gave us a coupon for the restaurant without us asking for it. this shows high customer care.

If I must write something it will be about the location which is a bit far from the harbor but the walk on the sea boardwalk make the walk worth it.

The whole holiday was perfect couldn’t find anything wrong at all. All the staff everywhere were so friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect and to have a balcony looking out to the sea was gorgeous. The rooms have everything you need even a wonderful coffee machine which was well used! The restaurants were all amazing and the food was faultless. All in all it was the perfect holiday and didn’t want to leave will definitely be back next year. Thank you to all who helped make our stay so memorable.

There was nothing we could not like about the hotel.

Fabulous location, a lovely walk along the sea front to the harbour area. We stayed in a standard superior room, the bed/pillows were comfortable, room was very clean & shower was good too. The room also had a small sofa, mini bar, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, safety deposit box & hairdryer. The room was a bit dated but that is a personal choice. We were all inclusive & at breakfast there was plenty of choice, lunch we had at the poolside restaurant, again there was a good choice from the menu. Due to Covid restrictions evening meals were served in the a la carte restaurant, again with plenty of choice from the menu, the food was nice. Thankfully, we were on a superior all inclusive package, as the menu was way overpriced! We have dined in many a la carte restaurants in Cyprus, regardless of how nice the food was, it was not worth the prices being charged. It had a lovely bar area & plenty of nice terraced areas to sit in through the day. All the staff were very pleasant, polite & attentive. The outdoor pool area was lovely, as it was winter we didn't use the pool but sunbeds were comfy. There is an indoor heated pool.

The over priced Al a carte menu, the food was good but not worth the prices being charged.

the staff is amazing, helpful and always smiling. the reception guys are wonderful (especially Tony) the hotel is clean and the food is great

Very lovely personal, really great breakfast, very clean hotel and the room.

The wine that was waiting for us in the room was terrible ( gifts always nice, however this gift did not match the level of the hotel). Also very annoying disposable tableware in the room ( both from the environmental point of view and also it's not 4 star hotel level)
