Villetta Phasiana

Excellent breakfast (not a huge selection, but what is available is of good quality - for me this is better than vice versa) and open until 11.00. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location in the city center.

Stains on the bathroom floor. Three TV programs, of which one without sound. No own parking (but this is the case for most properties in Fažana). The city center location can be challenging for those seeking peace and quiet at night.

Location was in the heart of town but off to the side and quite quiet. Staff was welcoming, professional, and friendly- incredible staff. Heritage location so small rooms but needed updating.

Room layout could have been more efficient and bedspreads need updating. Satellite package was poor.

The whole experience was really great - the location was astounding, the staff was absolutely helpful in every aspect, the hotel is beautiful. Also the breakfast was so good that outside guests visited the hotel for that purpose as well. When I go back to this town again (and i definitely will), I will surely choose Villetta Phasiana once again.

Since the hotel in situated in a 16th century mansion, the cellular reception is not so good (due to the very thick walls) and Wi-Fi routers could be a little better.

Perfect location in village square. Lovely hotel and rooms. Excellent staff, very polite and helpful. very good breakfast with full coice of continental, eggs, fruit etc.

Everything was extreemely good

Breakfast was good, nice choice of different food, cheese was perfect, coffee also. Staff at breakfast was polite and helpful. Air conditioning is well, room was cool, considering outside 36 deg. Perfect location in center, close to all restaurants and parkings.

Room can't be smaller, but if you will not spend much time in it then is acceptable.

Central location.

I have visited and stayed at many hotels in many areas, and I feel this was not good value for money. It was a nice hotel, but I expected more for the price paid.

Staff was professional, helpful and kind. Breakfast was wonderful. Location perfect. Quaint and not too crowded with excellent ice cream everywhere! Excellent arrangement for parking.

Room telephone wasn't connected and T.V. old and didn't work.

Very nice hotel in the center of the city. On the beach. Bar, terace, nice people, many different restaurants near, shops, bakerys, everything you want, parking

Rooms are a little small, but don't be put off by this if your only staying for 2 or3 nights. Worth the view at breakfast.

Very good location, excellent and friendly staff, room was very clean and sufficient for one night how long we stayed in. However, size of room is minimum required what is expected for hotel in center of old city. All over all we were satisfied.
