Hotel Cittar

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Nice, comfortable room, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities including a wellness centre, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. There was a an excellent breakfast and the hotel is situated about one hundred metres from the sea and a few minutes from shops, bars and restaurants. Above all, the staff were super-friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

A hotel with a beautiful façade of an old wall. It’s location is perfect as it next to the town centre. Behind the wall is a hotel with friendly staff, clean environment and comfy rooms. The staff sets this hotel apart from others, they are extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable.

Some of the rooms are renovated recently and need a final touch but this are such small details that hardly anyone will notice.

we loved the atmosphere

the lady at the wellness section was rude. I asked nicely a towel and she said she gave me one yesterday. as the gardrobe had laundry basket for used towels, I didn't thought I need to carry my sweaty towel with me to me room to dry it for next day. weird. I was suprised. Felt ashamed. in other hands all service was more than perfect

Wonderful hotel, extremely nice and helpful staff, beautifully designed hotel, great location (town center, really close to the sea), delicious breakfast, my two kids enjoyed the pool, for me jacuzzi and sauna were most relaxing.

excellent stay, in the city, on walking distance of the beach. Clean room and goed breakfast. An amazing spa, excellent services by Martina, this lady has a lot of experience and gives advices how to feel better, how to take care of your skin.

the airconditioning was noisy

Everything was great! It was our first stay here. Absolute best location; lovely facility; excellent breakfast in an absolutely beautiful space. Front desk folks were friendly and super helpful.

The room itself was small, but “typical” by European standards. They did the best they could with the space, though, adding a small table and 2 small chairs. So at least there was *somewhere* else to sit, other than the bed. Nice touch compared to other hotels.

Very nice. In the centre of Novigrad. We stayed in the newly renovated part of the hotel. The rooms were stylish, clean, and nicely done. Breakfast was excellent, buffet style, with a good selection of food at the buffet (healthy options included). Parking is available as well for a decent price.

Hotel Cittar was a great hotel close to the beach and in the city center. The staff was polite. We enjoyed being there. There were good breakfasts - fruits, soft drinks and grand sortiment of hams, chesses and fishes, etc. Good restaurants in close proximity.

The hotel was completely clean and pretty and the price including breakfast and access to the swimming pool and spa was way more than reasonable. But what was really amazing was the staff. The lady at the reception was amazing and very kind
