Breakfast selection with fresh eggs made to order along with fruits like watermelon and pastries also there was coffee and water. The room was a great size with big comfy bed and large bathroom. There is a small gym which is good for a little workout. Also the rooftop pool is nice and well maintained.

The location is just outside of the centre so it isn't really in walking distance to the city centre so you have to grab a taxi but we knew this when we booked so just bare this in mind so you know to budget for the extra taxi rides.

The property is new in a very nice quiet and safe location…the rooms are very clean as they are cleaned on a daily basis. You are very close to everything in Poblado and there are some nice restaurants nearby…the breakfast was good with fresh juices and fruits on a daily basis….there is a smart fit below in the building so you can train if you want on your vacation…we would for sure consider staying here again.

The rooftop pool was super cold

The breakfast was perfect. The room where always super clean. I didn't have chance to visit the pool.

That when the person clean the room didn't leave me coffee and I had to watch the room maid to ask her for coffee. And that three time we call the reception because the control remote of the TV was not function properly and we arrived on Friday and the control remote was replaced on Sunday afternoon. Over all that it was perfect.

It bothered me that they charged me more than the reservation. When I made the reservation on Booking.com, the price was 172 Euro and it said that I would pay in USD, 182USD. In the end, they charged me 181 Euros. Of course the difference is not big but for all the reservations in Colombia they charged me with the price shown by the Booking

The room was really big and comfy. Clean and also the wifi was really good. We will reserve the hotel again for other opportunity.

The breakfast menu was almost same the 4 days. And there is no stores or mart near the hotel.

The place was extremely nice and clean. The location was good closed to everything. There are like 2 little restaurants walking distance and a ATM. Its a safe neighborhood as well.

I did not like the breakfast, they only had eggs, rice and beans named (calentao) fruits, the cereal was not good. The bar attention was not good and the pool hours were ridiculous only till 6:30pm or 6pm. You must make a reservation before going to the pool in order for them to give you access.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was very clean and quiet. There was no smoking permitted in the building. Needing to use the key entry care to turn on the electricity is a great way to conserve - good idea!

The hotel description showed that there was a coffee maker in the room, that coffee was always available. This was not the case. While there was a maker in the room, there was no coffee/supplies available. If they change something, even if the excuse is covid, they should change what they advertise. Also, the "hot" water (really just warm) in the shower was barely more than a trickle. Good water flow was only available at a colder temperature.

I loved everything about this hotel… if they had a bathtub that would have made it even better but everything was amazing!!! I would definitely book with them again!!!!!

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. We ordered room service and the food was really good. Breakfast was included, but it was very basic, not what I imagined it would be. For me the location worked perfectly, it was 10 minutes away from the places I need to be. 12 minute ride to the Olaya Herrera Airport.

Only a few minor peevs, they have a coffee machine in the room , but no water, you have to buy water at the front desk. They change the wifi password every week, this happened when i was in a zoom call..
