Sites Hotel

We had a lovely little apartment, with a nice view of the city. The bed was very comfy. We loved the breakfast and the very nice staff in that area. They were all helpful and enthusiastic, especially Michael who got our egg order . There is a buffet now, with fruit, breads, hot dish of the day, all carefully arranged. We went up to the pool area and that was being used by a family. We didn’t try it but it looked attractive though small. Alex at front desk was nice and helpful in organizing our transport to the airport.

Some of the front desk staff could be more friendly and knowledgable.

Really nice large, clean room (more like an apartment) with a balcony. Quiet, private. Comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom, stocked with shampoo/cond/soap/lotion. Good AC. Balcony was cute and it was fun to watch all of the bats flying around the treetops at night. The rooftop pool area was very nice. Free laundry machines you can use, be sure to bring your own soap. Super friendly staff. Good location by a lot of cute bars, restaurants. 15 minutes walk to the main party area.

We thought that with the price of the room, the 2 coffee pods should have been free (the room comes with a stocked minibar but you must pay for everything). It’s understandable to charge for beer and everything but without a free breakfast offered, 2 free coffee pods would be a kind gesture. Just our opinion!

We loved the position of this hotel in a nice leafy neighbourhood of Medellin. The room was spacious with a seperate living space and kitchen. Hotel was stylish and roof top area very nice to relax on. Free Laundry was a huge bonus!! Free juice , tea , coffee in the lobby. Parking for our Motorcycle was also very advantageous for us! Theres a fabulous cafe right below with great healthy menu ( lots of Df GF and vegan options) Had awesome GF Pizza. Other restaurants and cafes and a small supermarket.

The kitchen had hardly any utensils or crockery and no pots even though it had a stove top. It would also be nice to put 2chairs on the balcony. The sauna wasn’t operating. There was renovation of rooms happening but disruption was minimal.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great view. The personnel was very friendly and was always willing to assist. The hotel location is great. We could easily get to malls or other stores nearby. I would surely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was good, but more can be added. The breakfast area was a bit small, so it would get super busy sometimes, you would have to wait for a turn. The room was a bit dark. I would prefer more light. But none of these points are showstoppers.

The Sites Hotel is a very nice place to stay-- located in a quiet residential area of El Pablado--an 8 minute walk to the park and the bustling area that draws so many visitors. Room was big w/ a breathtaking view of Medellin. Staff very helpful and friendly + free use of laundry machines, a sauna and upstairs roof deck. The Poblado metro stop is within walking distance and very accessible + of course Uber.

The breakfast was so so (good price & lovely staff) but next door and across the street are 2 amazing alternatives.

The room was very spacious and clean, with a balcony large enough to sit outside, a wet bar, and well-stocked minibar. The king bed was quite comfortable and there was a second bed out in the living/dining room portion of the suite. Breakfast was fine, it included eggs made to order along with a buffet selection. Great service by everyone on staff, including the cleaning staff who alerted me just in time that I’d left a few items in my room when I went to check out. Conveniently, there is an Éxito supermarket about 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel along with a few nice cafes next door or across the street.

I really have no complaints other than I neglected to check out the rooftop jacuzzi during my stay.

The hotel was in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the city. It was not far to walk to the main part of town where all the restaurants, bars and stores are at. The room was really clean and nice. The staff were also wonderful. We were fortunate to also get last-minute transportation through them from the airport to hotel.

I don't have anything to complain about besides the fact that I saw a tiny bug in the room. Also, it would have been nice if we had a roll of paper towel in the room, but definitely not an issue for us.

From the wonderful staff, housekeepers, security, to the amazing pool, views, amenities. I loved this hotel and i will stay here again on my next visit to Medellin.

I loved everything about the property. The only small issue i had was that one of my neighbors in other room were making noise and playing music loud ALL night. We complained and security went around 2 times but they continued to do noise up until 5am. I talked to the manager and they accommodated us to another room and it was great! No complains with the great service . However, i do think the hotel should enforce a type of rule that music and noise should be only from certain hours of the day. Specially when this is not a party hotel, it’s a quiet hotel great for families and kids.

in general everything was good. the staff was really nice specially the girl in the reception at night she was lovely. we decided to stayed another day because we loved the city.

at breakfast I was a bit annoyed after I asked for more food (I paid for buffet but there wasn’t because of the Corona) and the guy who was serving us told us that can be very hard to bring us another 3 AREPAS, AREPAS!!! if there are not enough arepas in Medellin so where??? and he kinda made us faces. At the end he brought us everything, except for that, everything was perfect.

The hotel is very nice! The rooms are just like you see in the pictures (clean and big). The rooftop is very very cool and has it all: a pool, a gym, a separate chill area, sauna/steam room, and a free laundry area (8 huge machines). After being on the road for more than 10 days, having the ability to do laundry provided freely by the hotel was a very very nice surprise!! Near the hotel there are a few shops and some great some great restaurants with good prices (the hamburger place (Chum Burger) was awesome). Going to for example Provenza was easy and cheap by taxi and the front desk were happy to help all the time. The breakfast was good, they will make some delicious eggs for you each day. A bit more variety of fruits would've been nice, but still we were all happy with the breakfast each day. In general we were happy with our stay.
