The hotel has no elevator. No recommendable for people with mobility problems The room is a little dark The area is a little intimidate. I was back in my room by 20:00 PM. Just be aware of your surrenders. As the outlets are different -in many South American countries- you need an adaptor for the laptop and to recharge the mobile.

In a nice zone easy to go anywhere, the hotel has a nice decoration with good taste of design.

The air condition in room is very old-style, there is a noise if you keep it on overnight which affect my sleep.

Great Location in a very central position, near Plaza de Armas and the Lastarria district. There are many prominent museums in the area and the Lastarria district has a nice vibe, interesting character and many restaurants. The kitchen prepared a breakfast box for us (sandwich, apple, fruit juice) which allowed us to leave at 4.30 am without getting hungry. Magdalena on the front desk spoke fluent English and was also very helpful

Our room faced inwards onto a courtyard. Sound from surrounding apartments and hotels travelled widely and it was difficult to sleep before midnight when the noise strafed to subside. Rooms are a bit dark and the paint on the ceiling was cracked and peeling. The bar fridge didn't work

We booked a taxi from the airport to the hotel (and back to the airport) through the hotel which worked perfectly and was reasonably priced. Check-in was smooth. Our room was on an upper floor (stairs for humans, elevator only for luggage) and included a balcony and a deep tub which was nice for a soak after an overnight flight and day of sightseeing. The room was very clean, comfortable, and roomy, with a nice bath. Breakfast was fine (eggs, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea...). The hotel location is within walking distance of museums and restaurants. I'd stay again.

More variety at breakfast.

The staff here are very helpful. One staff member even put a delivery meal on his personal credit card for us when we needed a takeout meal because my husband was ill and my credit card wouldn't work and my cash was short! They also booked airport transfers for us and a sightseeing trip and for a fee, they had a room ready for early check in when we arrived at 9 am after an overnight flight. The hotel is well located for exploring the downtown area. In general this was a comfortable, central city place to stay!

A busy street right in front of the hotel means there is street noise in rooms on that side, especially early trash pick up. Rooms are stylish if simple. Breakfast, again, not exciting, same every day, but checked all the boxes. A few things could use some sprucing up.

The location is great close to Lastaria etc. The room and bed are comfy.

While the view from the room was good (on the museum and the park), the road was rather noisy. The breakfast was quite good for a couple of days but somewhat boring if you stay for a week as I did. There was a Nespresso coffee machine but no free capsules. Instead they sold these at the extortionate price of 2000 pesos (nearly 2 pound sterling) per capsule!

Well sized room with everything that is necessary. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient location close to many Santiago 's attractions, including cerro San Cristóbal, Pablo Neruda' s House, Cerro Santa Lucia and lively neighbourhoods of Lastarria and Bellavista with good restaurants and bars. Also within walking distance from the centre of Santiago and Mercado Central. Close to public transport as well. The staff was very helpful with booking us taxis to the airport.

As noted by those who stayed here before, the aircon is very loud. You will need ear plugs to sleep at night if you leave it on.

Altiplanico in Bellas Artes is a beautiful space with very friendly and helpful staff. My room was very comfortable and the cleaning team was flexible and on top of things. Their keycard system went down for a couple of days and so the reception desk workers dutifully escorted me to my room to personally let me in, I really appreciated their attention. Breakfast was good and the lobby was very nice to hang out in; the automated coffee/espresso maker is free all day for guests and is perfect for a spot of coffee before hitting town. One more thing, the area is incredible. Very artsy and hip, lots of shops and the great Lastarria restaurant row a 5 min walk from the hotel. The Metro is right around the corner.

Keycard machine going down was a slight inconvenience but staff more than made up for it.

The location is superb. Very close to everything, including a metro station, the mercados, tons of great restaurants, and bars. The hotel is across the street from the contemporary art museum, which is free of charge and interesting. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful in recommending several great restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast was varied and good.

Nothing, we loved everything about the hotel Antiplacio Bellas Artes.

Good location very close to the Metro and good restaurants. Lastarria is close by. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and were always able to provide help with any issues and give good advice on local restaurants. Good breakfast and free tea and coffee all day and night in reception was also appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

The toilet door didn't fully close in our room but other than that everything was good.
