The staff were friendly and helpful, I appreciated the hotel is pet friendly. The hotel is close to Victoria Park so we were able to take our dog there several times during our stay. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

One thing to be aware of is the location - there are a lot of homeless people in downtown Regina, which some people may not be comfortable with. Generally if you mind your business and don't bother them you won't have an issue. Just make sure to take everything out of your vehicle as well. Also currently (July 2023) there are several streets closed downtown so stick to Broad Street and Sask Drive if you are trying to get around.

the lady at the check in desk was very polite, informative and efficient. we had a problem with the TV (recommend that hotels provide instructions on how to operate TVs as they are all different) and housekeeping came immediately to fix it and offered to provide a different room if it could not be resolved it was

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I can’t say enough about the staff, very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable

Maybe the breakfast could improve but not bad. A restaurant would be nice

The lady that looks after breakfast does an awesome job.

An hour after I booked this stay the plans changed with my moms funeral. I asked for a cancellation as it would have been far advantageous to book in a different city. Booking.com was great and kept me up to date but this hotel completely ignored me and my request. I have probably been at this hotel a dozen times but because of this complete insensitivity to my request I will likely not be back.

close to where I needed to go. the staff were friendly enough. the room was a good size and had a comfy bed.

close to the casino and transient crowd at night made the hotel feel unsafe. was followed into the hotel lobby by a drunk. the room was somewhat clean, the bathroom could’ve been better cleaned. there looked like hair on the chair.

Stuff was very friendly. It was a very well kept hotel.

We had ti chase stuff for towels. They were a little slow, but they forgot about our request. Not that they didn’t have intentions of giving us the towels.

The front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean and comfortable with a desk and a seating area. It was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee/tea items. It was air conditioned and had a large TV and blackout curtains on the windows. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There was bottled water in the room. The hotel is near downtown and we could walk to local restaurants. There is indoor parking.

The bedding was very wrinkled. Due to Covid the breakfast was minimal and served in takeout bags.

Good breakfast with lots of offering. Coffee served is disgusting, poor quality. I will stay another time however staying on the 2nd level is too noisy. Last time there we had stayed on the 5th floor👍 Air conditioner was super NOISY and the TV didn’t work. It was later in the evening so we didn’t contact front staff.

Honestly that location in Regina is scuzzy, that is the biggest issue, but the hotel did a good job with securing the building and whatnot, the hotwl overall was enjoyable.

I don’t like that you have to pay for parking. I also now realize that the street side of the hotel is too loud for me especially when you are only in the 2nd floor. my smoke alarm was beeping. They did move me to a new room which I really appreciate.
