Hampton Inn & Suites East Gate Regina

The room was cozy with very comfortable pillows and beds were great. The breakfast was awesome, great choices of meat and other options. Enjoyed the coffee maker, we got in late and a hot coffee was very much appreciated after a long drive. The microwave was a bonus, we were able to warm up some food.

The pool and hot tub were closed for renovation, this was not posted on the website. I was very disappointed, I booked this hotel with the hope of going for a soak in the hot tub to start our day as we had another long drive ahead of us. I had requested a late check out, which was given at no extra charge, but we didn't use because the hot tub was closed.

Since it was a handicap room, it was very large and comfortable. We stayed in Room 218 which is great in every way except has absolutely no view out the window except for the back side of the gable over the motel entry. We also were very impressed with the front desk staff which allowed us early entry to our room when we got into Regina earlier than expected.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The potatoes were undercooked and cold. The eggs were not real and cold. Thankfully, there was a waffle maker and the orange juice was excellent.

I like almost everything about this hotel. The quality of service, the room cleanliness and the facility all exceed my expectations. I rarely type long reviews for a hotel, but for the price they charge me compare to other Inn I stayed in. This is the best.

The air condition system, yes it is remotely controlled by a panel. But sometimes it cannot reach the temperature I want to reach... Its either heat or AC... I only want some cool wind but not too cold, but if I change to heat, it gives hot wind... nothing in the middle.

Place was clean, staff were very friendly, breakfast was perfect, location was perfect.

We stayed in room 413 and the shower head needs to be replaced. The pressure from it was very low. The guys next door in 415 were very loud during the night. We got back to the room at 1030pm and we heard them till at least 1130pm then again bright and early. We weren't coming for the pool as we forgot there even was one, so it being under construction was ok but would have been a nice feature.

Good value for a short stay in Regina. Generally have pretty good prices compared to nearby hotels. It's a newer hotel, so everything is in good shape. Staff were friendly, including at the morning breakfast who were extra nice and accommodating since I arrived near closing. Beds comfortable. Close to restaurants & shopping. Block heater plugs worked in the -30C weather. I've stayed here several times, no problems.

Beautiful spacious room with 2 really comfy beds and bedding, each with 4 pillows - WOW. Good size fridge and microwave. Hotel spotless, clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet alone was probably worth the price of our room. We are returning from our trip through Regina again and will definitely rebook this hote. Exceptional

Absolutely nothing. Everything was amazing.

Really friendly Staff, I had an issue with booking and the check in lady helped me fix the issue. I couldn't have done it without stress as I had just finished a 16 hour drive. Very Comfortable beds and in the morning the breakfast and check out staff were very friendly..Next time I'm in town I know where im staying. One last thing I love the lamps two different light bulbs one bright and one low light. (I want one for home)

.The only complaint I would have is the shower preassure wasn't as good as it could be, but is that really a complaint? Just a suggested improvement

Check in was easy and the room was very clean and spacious. the Bed was very comfortable as well. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning.

The shower door does not have a sweep so water gets all over the bathroom floor when you use the shower. The pillows on the bed were too soft for my preference and the fitted sheet on the bed did not have a pocket deep enough for the mattress so every time my husband and I moved the sheet would come off of the mattress. the next morning, we had the complimentary breakfast and unfortunately, the hash browns provided were barely cooked.

The staff were kind to us. We arrived, checked in, came down to the lobby and found out that the pool was out of commission. Disappointed that we weren't told this earlier, but... life happens, I guess... We decided to continue our journey, instead of staying at a hotel with no functioning pool. Kids like pools. Kids don't like broken pools. They allowed us to uncheck in with no hassle and no fuss.

Alert about a broken pool, as the pool was the deciding factor in our hotel choice.

Great hot breakfast with a nice variety. Beds were comfortable and room was nice and clean. Carpets were a bit tired and iron in the room was not good. Management made things right. Nice breakfast room with coffee and tea all day Nice little store for snacks. Pool looked good but wouldn’t use during Covid times. Felt mostly safe in the hotel.

Carpets were tired and need replacing soon. Iron wasn’t great and ironing board was not in great shape. Management was good and so were all the staff.
