Place was clean, room was very spacious (1 king, 1 queen, 1 pullout sofa bed), had everything we needed like extra pillows and bed linens/blanket. Staff were friendly, asked if we needed anything and had them ready right away. We didn't get to try the pool/hot tub but it looked clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was served hot and had enough choices. Will stay with them again if back in the area.

Beds were too soft for our liking. Few gluten free options for breakfast, only yogurt and fruits.

The pool and hot tub liners were stained. Would definitely be more inviting if freshened up. Was a bit reluctant to take that morning swim. Our tub drain was plugged and that was discussing. Couldn’t get out of shower fast enough!! And tub floor had rust with mold around it’s silicone. Really a shame because rest of room was great.

I like the complimentary breakfast. The staff are all very accommodating and nice. And the room is very clean.

The people on the other room is so loud. I wish they will include added security - like you will not be able to use the elevator without a card key so only guests can go up and down using the elevator.

We were on the ground floor by the pool, kids running in the hallway a bit noisy. Also didn't realize it was pet friendly. I am allergic. Next time, we will ask to on a higher floor away from pool area. Otherwise very comfy.

Warm water pool was great for me; the hot tub nice and hot. Breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold food items. Coffee was good. The room was perfect.

Eggs seemed a little dry but the next batch came out nice. Bagels were dried out a bit, but toasting helped. Cream cheese would have been nice.

they lost our booking.com reservation. had too wait for them to “rebook” the room. plenty of confusion, and was double charged (discovered this only after checking credit card bill later. eventually all sorted out.

The breakfast had a good variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found the beds comfortable and the pillows decent.

Our key cards didn’t work very well, we would get one rekeyed and then the other one didn’t work. We had asked for clean towels for the second day and didn’t receive them.

the property had plenty of parking. It was a great location with plenty of shops to provide additional services. Rooms were of a good size and comfortable.

There was no social distancing in the breakfast area. It was congested and people were kinda pushy. It was uncomfortable for that reason. It would have been nice if masks were required in this area at least until people sat down.
