The staffs were so nice, very polite and responded to my requests and helped me sort out my hotel issues right away, I feel their warm greeting and welcome attitude at the reception desk, esp Ms Oumaima, I just feel she is like my family. Motel room was so clean that my nose didn’t sneeze the whole night even I got allergy to other hotel carpets, this is is better than the 5 star hotels, the bedding are neat and tidy and no wrinkles, room also comes with a few pieces of welcome chocolate and free bottles of water, free coffee and in room refrig and microwave etc.

The room carpet looks a bit old, in the morning people walk by the door or car return to their room is a bit noisy.

Basic room - clean, comfy, quiet, conveniently located. Breakfast was sufficient and well-prepared.

Unfortunately, the breakfast service area and seating areas were crowded. This was in part because the patio was not being used since there were wasps outside. In fact, they flew in through the door whenever someone would go out to the balcony and realize the wasps were there. If the patio could be enclosed, either by a summer screen, or permanently, it would enhance the property and make the experience of breakfast much better. Also the food service area gets really crowded which disrupts the flow-through.

The room was very clean. The attention to detail is noticeable. They leave a bottle of water, chocolate, and coffee in the room. The front desk service was fast and friendly. We really enjoyed the service. Breakfast has few options, but it's good. The location is good. You can quickly reach Parc Jean Drapeau and the tourist area of ​​Ottawa (by car). Nearby there are several options of fast-food restaurants.

The place where breakfast is served is very small and it was quite congested the morning we were there. My mistake. I hadn't read the information that the pool wouldn't be accessible until mid-June and this was a frustration for my kids.

The location is perfect. Very close to Ottawa downtown and very quiet during the weekend. It offers free continental breakfast and free parking! Very clean. Highly recommended for families on a budget!

Bear in mind that beds are double and not queen-size, which may be a nuissance for bigger guests. Breakfast is continental and does not offer a lot of hot options like scrumbled eggs or sausage. A/C was a bit noisy, although we didn't experiment with fan speeds. Overall, great value for money!

Very clean, brand new rooms. I love the 4, yes, 4 lighting options at your bed side. A ceiling light, a night table light, a personal reading light and an ambient light above the bed. Very practical when your partner wants to sleep. Also, USB and USB C outlets everywhere. Bathrobes and slippers, awesome for this price. Food is good. Staff is friendly and professional. Unbeatable!

We stay here every year, less busy then Ottawa, clean rooms, friendly staff, great continental breakfast. We didnt use the pool this time but its nice to know its there and clean, we did have coffee out there.

Im a big guy and the toilet was too small, needs an oblong one installed, it shouldnt interfere with opening of the door.

Both English and French TV channels, reliable internet, comfy bed, a fairly large room fridge, access to microwave in the breakfast room throughout the day for my vegan diet. Actually, had this been needed, the property would have been willing to put a microwave in my room! The room was quiet at night for 6 out of 7 nights. On only one night we were awakened by a domestic dispute at 2 am... which is the moment we were glad that there is a 24 hour desk, which would have been immediately available, had the situation not resolved itself. Most of the rooms are far from the noisy street. It took several tries to turn it on. Currently there is a sack breakfast consisting of bagel, jam, peanut butter, juice, granola bar, healthy muffin, apple, and everyone seems to like the coffee. Guests can eat outdoors on the front deck, indoors, or take the sack back to their rooms, where each has two comfy outdoor chairs. Shower and tub are excellent.

The hair dryer was quite weak. There is not an actual towel rack, if you want to be environmentally conscious and use your towels more than a single night. Not much to complain of!

With excellent management, it is the best motel we ever stayed during this driving trip. Tidy rooms with everyday cleaning. Microwave and hot water available at front office all the time. Nice and helpful staff - Sylvia, Kamelia, Martin, Bachir & Benjamin. The manager, Daniel showed up at front desk every morning and helped the guests to solve their issues. Simple but satisfied breakfast. We stayed there for 9 nights. Good location with Costco, Walmart around and quick access to Ottawa downtown.

Close to everything and easy to find. We were literally 10 - 15 minutes from the places we were visiting. Nordik Spa, my friends house, Costco, the Casino and Thrift stores.

Didn’t like the hangers in the closet. Two more pillows would have been great. Also it would have been nice to have a hot breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs included with the cold breakfast choices.

Comfortable bed Tranquil place. I came to check out 5 minutes after breakfast was closed, but the reception and the ladies in the kitchen did make a plan for me to eat something before hitting the road. Something small, but that really gets appreciated.

Heating takes longer Bathroom floor was freezing. Not sure if the heater can be extended to the bathroom.
