How close it was to the market it was clean it was friendly had a good breakfast 

I would say there’s only one complaint and that was the fact that the sofa bed needs a new mattress really bad if they’re going to advertise having a sofa bed in a room then they need to make it more comfortable. I slept on it and you could feel every spring they really need some new sofa bed mattresses. Also a lot of motels we’ve stayed in lately have pulled all the rugs and put down flooring. This one hasn’t done it in the rooms yet and I think that they should it just looks and smells so much better. 

Large, comfortable, clean room with many amenities and comforts, including a kitchen with dishes, a full-sized fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, large microwave, kettle, pots/pans if you need them. Very comfortable bed. Nice to have vanity and bathroom sink separate from toilet and shower when there is more than one guest. The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, including many choices of foods (eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, etc. plus many cold options). Very clean breakfast area and dining room with attentive, friendly staff.

There is a vent (without a fan) on the bathroom wall, but it would be nicer to have a powered fan. The photos showed a small dinette table with 2 chairs in the room, but there wasn't a table or chairs in our King Studio room. There was however a nice desk with a wheeled office chair, so one person could sit and eat at a table (there was also a couch and coffee table). The first night the TV reception wasn't good (occasional pixelation on the image). The second night the reception it was fine.

The hotel is the perfect location for our St. Jacobs market trip. Within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful when I discovered I'd forgotten my phone charger at home. Breakfast room was nice and food not too bad.

We found the water was far too soft. I had a hard time getting soap off skin and shampoo out of my hair. My other complaint was, a rude visitor dumped very smelly garbage in hall bins outside of elevators. The halls smelled horrible for 2 days. We did report it the first morning, but nothing was done until the morning we left.

The breakfast was excellent. They had sausages, eggs, waffles, fruit, toast, cereal, and lots more. We were even surprised with a managers treat giving everyone a light dinner of salad and soup etc ... free of charge. It saved us at least another $60 since we didnt have to go out for dinner. I believe they do this once a week. Quite pleased! I also took advantage of their exercise room and pool, so definitely got my monies worth! It is a quick walk to the St Jacob's Farmers market, so the location was perfect too.

The buffet breakfast was really good. Much better than most hotels only doing continental. The rooms were fantastic. Very nice gym and indoor pool. The rooms having a whole kitchenette was amazing. Will definitely be back and we have to stay for a much longer period.

There was not much not to like. The only issue would be there was only one waffle machine which somewhat slowed things down a bit and the toasters used had a bit of a malfunction due to the amount of use I believe. It would've been better to have those rolling toasters you usually see at airports.

The full size fridge with freezer was great so we could put our ice packs in for our market visit. I am gluten-free, but there were so many choices for breakfast I didn't need the gluten-free muffin the staff offered. From the Front Desk to the breakfast room, all staff were friendly and professional! This is the quietest most comfortable hotel we've been to in years!

If the covers were a little lighter, we could have set the air conditioning a little higher. We tried to, but sweltered! Better for your costs AND the planet to have lighter covers mid-summer.

Check-in was professional and efficient. It is important to note that this was during the "Rogers internet outage" and thus the staff did not have access to computers. They were still able to check everyone in, meet our needs, and be very pleasant and friendly. I was equally pleased with the service when checking out. You should be very proud of your staff. The suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking was plentiful. The location was great. I will definitely be back...soon, and often!

I can't think of anything that I would change.

Room was clean and it was great having a full sized fridge and the kitchen plus dishes, etc Breakfast was good and there was enough even though we came down in the last 1/2 hour.

The beds weren't the most comfortable though they weren't terrible. We had wanted to use the pull out sofa, that was very uncomfortable however and couldn't be used.

The hotel is beautiful and walking distance to lots of things!

The only concern I had was once we went to check out the girl behind the counter put the payment throu before I could answer "yes" to her question. I wanted to use a different method of payment. Once I was able to ask to use a different method of payment it was to late. The other counter person beside her did the exact same thing to the woman beside me. They need to slow down and take their time and ask how you want to pay. Now I have 2 charges on my credit card, and waiting for a credit. Other then that everything was perfect!

Really enjoyed the spacious room with kitchen and dinette. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. We took yogurt and juice up to our room and added our own muffins and fruit. The cleaning staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Our floors in the kitchen and bathroom were filthy - no exaggeration. My white socks were black and after putting the bathroom towel on the floor to stand on it was really dirty as well. The toaster was sticky and smeared with someone's food. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. The ceiling fan over the bed was making a grinding noise. The breakfast buffet, while plentiful, was unattended both mornings and children and adults were touching all of the fresh food and baked good with their hands. We decided against most of it for that reason.
