New tidy building, pleasant staff, full buffet breakfast. A very convenient location for my purpose. Since we know the area somewhat, finding our way to it was not an issue.

I agree with other comments in that the bed seems unusually high. We are both tall and noticed it yet it caused us no issue. I mentioned it to reception and was told it was " Industry Standard"? Also, I question the wisdom of putting sliding barn doors on the bathroom, the installation of which leaves more than ONE INCH of space between door and frame. Not even close to a door that actually closes. Reception suggested it needed adjustment but it is clearly a design/installation issue.

breakfast was fine. amenities was fine. clean pool and gym. closer to the city centre yet away from the city's hustle bustle. every room has a mini fridge and microwave oven - that was really helpful.

could have more parking lots. there were mosquitoes in the room. rooms could have cleaned everyday - we stayed for 2 nights - we went out after the one night stay and we came back and the rooms were not cleaned and the shampoos and soaps are not refilled

Brand new property, very thoughtfully designed. Beautiful bathrooms and great TV’s and comfortable beds. Easy parking and easy access to major thoroughfares. About 20 minutes to downtown. Temperature controls worked well, and large picture window to see out let in lots of light. Very well thought out desk, dressers, storage and all reasonably priced for the city. 24 hour gym and a pool open until 10pm I think. Very easy access in and out and I never had to wait for an elevator. When I notified the front desk that my room safe wasn’t working it was fixed right away. The microwave, fridge, coffee maker all great!

The 2 Queen beds in the suite were very high so you couldn’t sit on them and the room felt cramped at times. Not old carpet but either new carpet smell or air freshener smell was a bit hard on my nose.

This is a new hotel with friendly staff and very functional facilities. The variety of meals served during breakfast was really good and very tasty as well. The airconditioning system was quite good and the general ambience of the hotel including lounges, pool area and gym is highly commendable.

The location of the hotel requires a bit of drive from my key places of interest in Nepean neighbourhood.

The staff knocked at our door 2 times before 11 am asking us when are we checking out. It was very rude. We also asked the supervisor to let us check out a bit late and refused to do so. It was needed to finish with a meeting. She said we have to pay additional $50 to check out at 3 pm and an additional full day charge if we check out at 4pm.

I liked that the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly.

I was very disappointed in the fact that the hotel was using so many paper and plastic dishes for the breakfast and that there was no recycling evident. The hotel must be creating a huge amount of garbage because of this. Certainly in today's world, sustainability should be what we are striving for. I was not impressed with the decorating scheme of the hotel. The colour scheme was strange and uninspiring.

The breakfast included with our room rate was very good. Lots of selection and very fresh. There's not a lot around the hotel so we tended to order in rather than go out most nights, but we didn't mind.

An onsite bar/restaurant would be great. Our room was big enough to accommodate a coffee table, that would have been nice, but we managed fine without.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The breakfast was just like home 😊. Waffles, eggs omelets the whole Work could not ask for more and the location was perfect. Two minutes or less from the highway shopping centre across from the hotel.

I don’t believe there’s anything we did not like. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Very spacey rooms, clean and comfy. Very friendly and helpful staff. But the breakfeast is not European standard, its really cheap and unhealthy fast food stuff. But the taste differs als we all know.

Because of the new location little difficulty reaching destination . Also with the old “ gps “but with the “ smartphone “ was a charm reaching destination .

The personnel ,pleasant from beginning the the end…from reception to “ good byes . Finally MORE THEN EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY…TRAVELLED A LOT WORLWIDE IN MY LIFE will always remember this SPECIAL HOTEL in our capital city…and it’s SPECIAL STAFF.
