Comfort Inn Ottawa East

The beds were very confortable and clean. The pillows were great! The breakfast had a good variety of choices. The place looks nice. The receptionists were gentle. A good parking area.

I ll suggest you put a sticker next to the shower faucet in order to know how to make the water come out of the shower. We lost some time figuring it out, going to ask the receptionist, etc. This may be obvious to you but not for every guest.

The breakfast really exceeded my expectations. Excellent effort from the staff.. great variety of choices. Home made food made on the spot like omelets. Amazing Location is a bit isolated but access to other stuff is really good.

That I had to park the car in the back of the hotel because the front ones were only for rooms with view to the parking.

The breakfast was first rate with a lot of choices, eggs, meat, bread, yogurt, fruit, waffles, juices, coffeee, cereal, etc. The hotel while close to the highway, was quiet. It was easy to acess the train and bus, but downtown Ottawa was just 7 minutes by car.

There was nothing I could improve. The staff was friendly and effiecient.

The staff when we met them at check in were great! Ali during checkout was so incredibly nice. The breakfast spread was surprisingly great and there were lots of options.

Please fix your phone line because no one picks up as I called multiple times after booking.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was only a 5 minute walk to the Ostation which was very convenient. Even though we were beside the highway I found the room to be very quiet. I think someone mentioned in another review about the exploding microwave and I think we got that room. No worries it didn't explode. We would stay there again.

Breakfast was nice, good variety and tasty

Bathtub wasn't cleaned, walls in shower weren't cleaned. Wish they at least cleaned the ring around the tub. Brought my own clorox wipes and wiped down the entire shower, tub and walls

The location is good ease of access and it is located not far from the city limits. The rooms are good and spacious. The staff at the property are good and supportive. They provided the required support for us during our stay.

location. but room was quiet and we noticed the muskoka chairs and barbecue located for convenience. management really made a good effort to be welcoming with those little touches.

Front desk and all Staff was very nice, it exceed my request. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and professional. It was a quiet place, with nice people around, and good overnight sleeping. Warm regards. Excellent stay at Comfort : ) 9.9/10

Rate was 40$ too expensive. In my opinion, it must not be charge guest more than 85$ + tax. That price seem to be a better fair rate for a motel. It also need to offer a free third(3rd) night promotion after a 2 nights stay in row.
