Beds very comfortable

Bathroom sink was clogged. Hot tub in pool area wasn't in working order.

Size and set up of room was great and comfortable.. very welcoming. Very convenient location. Restaraunts, and all other ammenities very close.

Room was fairly clean but could have been clean. Crumbs under furniture and yellowing of grout in shower grout, also shower curtain did not work well water always seeped out to floor. Bathroom sink had hair left in it. Should have been a lot cleaner for cost. Pool edges were very dirty and whole area not clean and welcoming. Some of the Front desk people seemed a little unfriendly but were helpful.

The very sweet lady working when I checked in April,29th,2023. I was not able to get her name, however she seen I was on the younger side and gave me a very good explanation on how things work while I checking in, she answered my dumb questions in the kindest regard. She herself made that whole visit amazing.

Excellent variety and delicious.

A noticeable shortness of kitchen staff to properly refill as food/beverage items lessened. For example both mornings I brought the coffee creamer to be refilled and others were waiting on the hot foods to be filled. Honestly not that big of a deal, just something I noticed.

Conveniently located, large room, outstanding water pressure (like amazing), nice view and breakfast.

One elevator: had to wait forever to use it. long line at the desk, would have liked pull down blackout curtains. Very expensive.

Good location; close to downtown. Spacious room with sitting area and mini-kitchenette. Very clean, nice open lobby and breakfast area. Friendly staff.

Pool area was in need of some repair Breakfast was not bad, but not great. Better than average coffee.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and quick, the room was very clean and a great size. The bath tub was a great size and depth, it was the most relaxing part. Would go there again.

The bed was not the most comfortable, and I wish there was milk or whitener for the coffee.

The front desk staff at check in and check out, same person, was exceptional. Friendly, accommodating and efficient.

The breakfast, grab and go was particularly uninspiring. The egg and meat mcmuffin failed to look or taste like egg or meat. We are no longer in lockdown so there is no reason that the breakfast area could not be open.

Too crowded so did not take breakfast. Went to Tim zHortons each day crowded noisy chaotic breakfast dining

See above no charging facility for cell phone in the room. Room not cleaned during my stay sane towels throughout

Staff are super friendly and accommodating, and the building is clean and comfortable. It's too bad the facilities are closed, but I understand.

There's only one elevator, and it's pretty small, so especially with covid distancing you'll need to leave extra time to account for the elevator traffic jam!
