Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Brampton

Clean, friendly staff, able to get an accessible bathroom as requested, room close to elevator so Jess walking for disabled. Automatic blinds for the windows were great. No sun coming in between the drapes!

We were there for three days for visitation and funeral of a family member. We rented a king room. Much to our surprise when we went into the room, lovely king size bed, spotless accessible bathroom but no place to sit and relax after very emotional days. One office chair in the room that was not very comfortable. I asked at the desk for an arm chair for my disabled husband. Friendly clerk said the standard king room had just the one office chair but he would see if a chair was available. Within a few minutes a woman arrived with a tub type chair. Better than an office chair but certainly not very comfortable for watching TV in the evening. I had to use the office chair.

The room itself was relatively clean. Checking in was quick and the staff were nice. The coffee/tea was really nice. I liked the keurig device. The carpet in the room was decently clean. The lighting and view was nice. The bed was mostly comfortable. The shower was impressively clean. It was what is expected for 4-stars. Price-wise, I know I got the best that I could get.

I wasn't aware of the deposit until after it was processed which I didn't entirely appreciate. The carpets in the hallways were ridiculously dirty. Carpet stains everywhere, covered in a thick layer of dirt, and food crumbs that could easily be missed by cleaning staff because the hallway carpet is so dirty you can't tell what it is meant to look like. They should seriously consider redoing the flooring in the hallways. The room carpet was clean, thankfully.

AMAZING! I stayed for 6 nights. The lobby is inviting and a comfortable place to sit and relax. Staff are informative, kind and all around nice people. Rooms are very clean, tidy & the gym is spotless. Breakfast is the best Ive seen in a hotel (James&Roni thank-you for making the start to my day pleasant). Great care in all aspects of hospitality shine. My room was made up and stocked daily with fresh linens, etc as per my request. The pride that staff shows, shines in the quality of their work, presentation, and ultimately the respect and hospitality for others is Above&Beyond. Greg

The pool and bar were closed but will open this summer when more cocid restrictions are lifted.

I loved the 24 hour gym and the staff was super welcoming and friendly. They even gave us tips on how to get to downtown. Most important for me was the free electric charging for teslas and other electric vehicles. We drove to Toronto and I couldn't have been more pleased to save on public charging.

We had to ask the front desk for towels on the days we did not have our room cleaned.

The staff were very friendly and always made sure we we were enjoying our stay. My son always enjoyed telling them about his day, and they were very kind to him. The had some great options for breakfast and food was tasty.

The location was not very central, was quite a distance from most stores and restaurants.

the breakfast was good, it was pretty clean (there was a bit of mold in the shower but it was obvious they’re doing their best to keep up on it), and the AC worked great.

I saw 6 wasp nests on just one section of the building to the right of the main entrance. I’d have liked to have had more food options close by as the restaurant closed at 9.

I liked how i was able to leave early and get a partial refund. The flexibility will make me book with hilton again in the future. Also, i liked how i was able to register a second vehicle for parking with no extra charge.

Elevators were a little small lol but thats reaching for a complaint

The room was very clean and comfortable! The night Manager was very personable. While they did not have the restaurant open, he offered us free snacks- it was much appreciated.

We were looking forward to the pool, but it is ok. That was a minor thing that the pool was not open. The addition of free snacks made it worthwhile.

everything was clean, quiet and relaxing. Hands down the best location when visiting Brampton, I feel as if I have been spoiled in such a great way when visiting Hilton Garden Inn Brampton-Toronto.

if you don’t like this property…something is wrong with you!

Room was very spacious and clean. The hotel lobby was very nice and welcoming with a seating area. There was a gym and pool which was very clean. Breakfast was very good, some self service and some cooked items made to order. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was good.
