Executive Residency by Best Western Toronto-Mississauga

The property itself is very new and up to date. the staff is very very professional and friendly. I really liked the beds and pillows they are very comfortable.

The washroom situation is not good. When you have multiple people sharing a room and someone needs the washroom at night and then has to wash their hands, there’s no door to separate the sink area from the bedroom so you wake up everyone when you go to the washroom during the night. The other issue was cleanliness. I didn’t feel that the room was that clean, the floor was dirty and the garbage under the sink was totally full.

When we arrived the bathroom is not really clean you can still see some hair in the floor .

The breakfast hall was best time of the day in my 5 days stay at this hotel. sun, coffee amora, just-woken-up fresh natural faces, several tables/island/benches options to sit with your family and good breakfast item options to choose from. I'll miss that peaceful calm morning feel that I never got from any hotel. Staff is responsive and hardworking. Kitchenette has all the important utensils & kitchen accessories, stovetop, full sized fridge, microwave, plenty of free safe parking, pool, amazing gym and laundromat. Very satisfied customer :)

The only thing I can complain about it not being close to restaurants or stores etc. Which, for us, wasn't a problem cuz we had car rental.

I wasn’t able to eat breakfast but the lobby area in the mornings smelt so good! And the beds were so comfortable!

We checked in on a Thursday, and that night I asked for one more pillow and a few towels. The front desk told me to call back. I tried calling and no answer. Friday night I had asked again. They said same thing.(call back, but there was no answer) Finally on Saturday evening I went down and they said they just gave out the rest of the pillows a few minutes ago.. And the pool wasn’t the cleanest

All over in Stay at Executive Residency by Best Western Toronto-Mississauga is very good I am Happy and recommend to others. New Build very Clean and co-operative Staff. No problem at all and also Parking. Breakfast very good 👍. But finish so early. Plus need One more fast Lift Elevator 🛗 please Thanks for asking .

Room rent too much and Lift Elevator 🛗 is very slow 🐌 and only one they should have one more for staff

Overall quite comfortable, staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Guest laundry onsite if you’re staying longer. Kitchenette was very functional and properly stalked with dishes …etc.

Breakfast area was quite popular - often long lineups. could use some fresh fruit options and a second hot serving area/waffle maker.

Recently renovated. Spacious and comfortable two Queen bed suite. The full kitchen and brand new flooring. Plenty storage space. Home from home feel with pleasant and helpful customer care.

Nothing about hotel facilities nor its services. Traffic congestion created by the road construction along Hurontario Street south of the location.

The room was very spacious. We were given a room on ground floor on request. The staff was very friendly.

Housekeeping gave us fresh towels every day but did not clean the room even after requesting, given that we were staying for 3 nights.

Location, spacious room, great breakfast.

Beds were not made, rooms not cleaned during the stay, only 2 towels were provided each day whereas we had 6 family members in the 2 queen bed 1 bed room suite with sofa bed.

they need to clean up the house keeping sept. commmonnnn! it’s a new building, housekeeping is imperative. the woofing floor had so much dirt that out door were black. also, blood on my sheep? didn’t they bleach their whites after each customers?
