Quality Inn Airport West

Definitely was on par with standard I am accustomed to. Staff was courteous and accomodating of requests- needed extra cups & also got later checkout at 12, complimentary. Also room well equipped with fridge, microwave, iron & iron board.

Honestly, everything was great. However I did find the breakfast to be a little too processed- the scrambled eggs looked like they came from egg powder. The meat patties also tasted too processed. Cupcakes, bread etc and juice was good. Just need to work on quality of those 2 items some more as they are the only 2 'made fresh' dishes.

The location is really nice. The room was spacious and the bathroom was adequate. The WiFi internet was fast and accessible. There was also adequate parking available at the front or the back of the property.

I had to have my room keycard reprogrammed often. I'm not sure why they easily lost the ability to open my door. I had to keep them away from my phone or wallet, which has magnets. The front desk had no issue with helping me with the keycard. I noticed a couple of small spiders nearby the bed head against the wall, so I would recommend that the staff check those hard to reach areas.

The newly renovated rooms were very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with a clean eating area.

Although, the rest of my family were in a renovated room. My baby and I were put in a room where the vent in the bathroom didn't work, it smelled musty and the carpet felt damp. The room was also next to an exit that was constantly opening and closing. The rooms condition cannot be helped until renovated, I feel. The door opening an closing was mostly due to some unruly guests. I wouldn't hold that against the hotel, and I would still stay here again.

Comfy bed, cleanliness and location. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Tim Hortons and Wendys few steps away. There is also a coin laundry in the hotel, really helped us because we stayed for 14 days! Breakfast is basic but still good instead of nothing.

The room is not soundproof, we can hear the guests from the outside. Like literally some are talking loud.

Front desk staff were excellent, friendly, and efficient. Good parking. Shower was hot and powerful.

Breakfast area was very crowded, hot food dry and overcooked. Coffee was not very tasty. Our room (102) faced the dumpster at the Wendy's next door and was very noisy. A lot of children running and shouting in the hallways.

Staffs are very helpful and courtesies in particular Mr. Arman at reception. He guided me with all the tourist information.

Very good vegetarian food options ( Nirvana, Maharaja Bhog, Subway, Tim Horton ) are at walking distance and bus stops to go to Square One is just next to the Hotel.

Exceptional front desk staff. I forget her name, but she was very polite, helpful and informative. She answered all my questions really well.

For the price, the hotel wasn't too bad. The bathroom was not very clean, the floor had dust and debris. The sink, shower and toilet were fine. Bedding could've been better but the bed was comfortable. Area itself is close to the airport and not very noisy.

Staff were accommodating and let me check in early morning for a $30 fee. I had breakfast that morning and then went for some sleep after a long overnight flight. It was quiet.

No restaurants nearby. Very busy breakfast spot with very hungry people. I still managed to have an enjoyable breakfast. Coffee maker in room 263 was not working.

the property is very clean! although I booked for a master bedroom they gave me 2 queen beds which was fine. the furnitures are in good condition. and just well maintain. due to covid a lot of hotels are providing on to go breakfast but this place actually provided a decent breakfast. Sausage,egg and cheese on English muffin. they give you options too ! DEFINTELY would come back

Nav at the desk and Bash at breakfast were fantastic to deal with and talk to. Breakfast was decent but for the eggs. Nice sausages and good choices.

Just seemed a little dated. Automatic 5am wake up call was very annoying after traveling for 16 hours and getting in around midnight.
