Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Mississauga

the room was very comfortable and clean. it had everything I needed. Very happy with the room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. They readily moved me to a new room when my tv didn’t work.

The shuttle from the airport didn’t arrive. people before me waited over an hour. There was no clear directions in info I received how to access transfer at the airport. Luckily a neighbouring hotel bus took us to Four Points. transfer back to the airport was not an issue. the restaurant menu was limited. staff however pleasant.

The pillows were horrible for these two days. one was lumpy as of it was thrown in the wash and the other was too flat for both of us. internet was down on the tv so did not have access to Netflix or prime and only able to watch regular tv. lunch was not available. restaurant was not open Christmas Eve and nothing to eat.

I have never slept in a bed so so comfortable in all my life. I would give anything to buy two of the hotels pillows. I have the worst time in picking out a comfortable pillow. The hotels pillows were a dream to give you a dream to have acquiring them. If you can tell me where they can be bought, I would really appreciate it. I am a responsible pet owner, and thank you for having a hotel to accommodate. I am a life member of CKC, and we appreciate hotels that care.

not the hotels fault, but in house because of the Covid virus, was closed. It would have been extremely convenient to have had breakfast there. We did order for supper though, as I did not feel like going out to look for food after my long drive. I thought that $36.00 for two fish and chips was kinda high, but when you are starved, I guess you just have to bite the bullet and pay.

The room was very modern and updated. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great sleep as we had to get up at 4:30 AM to catch a flight. We would definitely stay there again.

We had to get up early so could not eat our breakfast before we left for the airport. If there was a free breakfast in the lobby we might have been able to get a slice of toast on our way out of the hotel. Everything else was perfect.

Room too expensive. It was nice but $163.00 for one night? That is too much. The breakfast cost extra. The bacon did not taste like real bacon. I told my server named Silvie about it and she said she would let people in the kitchen know. Also the coffee was not good. It did not taste good. Silvie said she would report that as well. Also the coffee was not refillable. There was a cost of $3.50 per cup. Really? That is price gouging!!! That was insulting. The Shuttle provided to the airport was perfect.

It was completely comfortable and good value for the money.

My room was super cold and the heat wasnt working. As well that i am waiting for my deposit to be returned on my card. As well the food from the restaurant wasnt good at all.

I like the complimentary shuttle bus from/to airport.

from the booking 3rd party, it mentioned free airport shuttle bus, i needed to go to the airport for covid test at the airport and I was told I would need to pay $15 each trip x 2 = $30 both ways. Had I known of these charges, I would have booked a hotel closer to the airport where I can run my errands.

We used a courtesy (free) phone in the terminal information desk to order the shuttle bus.

We had to wait about 45 minutes for the shuttle bus in the middle of the night. It was just bad luck.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, airport shuttle was seemless. Especially as a first time traveller to Canada and I do not know anyone here. They made my trip worth it

I had supper in the restaurant and the server, Yolanda, is one of the most welcoming and pleasant servers I have met. Thank you to Yolanda for making my evening enjoyable!
