Tower Hotel at Fallsview

I like the location. The view of the waterfalls from our room is amazing! We watched the fireworks from our window with no obstacles. There’s an IHOP Restaurant on the 26th floor with great views as well.

No parking on site, you need to park away from the hotel with extra payment. Then take the shuttle back to the hotel. Beds are old. The shower door doesn’t close properly and water is leaking.

The view of the Falls with the wall of windows was excellent. Location is perfect. there was a nice selection of restaurants close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

The room decor is older and could use some updating. The breakfast restaurant was expensive.

The view of the falls is spectacular and room is comfortable. Falls are easy to reach with the funicular and are just a short walk away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything is conveniently located.

Hotel offers parking at $40/night, but it's cheaper to park at nearby casino. The casino charges you whatever the rate is at time of departure (Mine was $15). HVAC system in the room was kinda loud and fridge looked out of place.

the view was amazing and the bed was to-die-for. the staff was helpful and friendly and they also gave a bunch of coupons for the nearby restaurants

the property did not warn anywhere about charging additional deposit for they room and two days after check out we still have not received the money back. the parking situation was not very comfortable

View takes all! Perhaps you've already reviewed bad comments about this hotel, I know. However, view takes all and fall view is the most important factor accentuating this hotel as the old observatory tower. And it should be why you must choose this hotel.

There was nothing particular. Only one thing that I cannot understand is why there is a valet guy in front of this hotel. He didn't have nothing to do with valet parking and he just explained to me how and where I had to park my car. No valet, only guide.

We booked a Fallsview Tower King room on the 28th floor, and the views of the Horseshoe Falls and American Falls were spectacular, better than I expected. The view during the day and at night, when there are colorful lights on the falls and fireworks over the American Falls at 10 p.m., is well worth the price of the room. The hotel was quiet. It was located a short walk or short Wego bus ride from some of the best attractions in Niagara Falls.

There is no onsite parking. The hotel shuttle will take you to a distant parking lot where you can park it for $35 a day. I booked a spot in a deserted parking lot near Skylon Tower about 5 blocks away, off Robinson Street, that cost $16. It would have been nicer to have my car closer. The Tower Hotel also no longer has a bar that serves drinks or a restaurant that serves food. That was a bummer. There are many bars and restaurants nearby, however.

This property was perfectly located and had a phenomenal view. Upon check in we had a number of small, but significant problems and they were addressed and solved promptly with the upmost professionalism. A specific and special shout out to Zafar who handled our check in and helped us throughout the evening. Your hard work absolutely didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you! Overall, highly recommend this place.

All issues were minor and easily solved. Largest was AC didn’t work in one of our assigned rooms. We were promptly moved and a maintenance staff was in the room examining the issue before we even moved. Additionally, although the view of the falls is phenomenal, it is a longer walk to the Falls and the main tourist strip (12 and 20ish minutes respectively) and parking is about half a mile offsite. So just be prepared for that.

Best thing location and morning breakfast w/ a view. Upon checking in, the women @ the front desk were very friendly & helpful as was the gentleman taking car of the parking & shuttle. Had a lower lobby room ( was only there for a night to see a concert @ the casino, wouldn't get to appreciate the night fireworks & views), it was adequate for my needs, clean & quiet. only thing I would add, that I missed, was a coffee pot for my morning coffee, while getting ready to head out for breakfast. Breakfast was @ the IHOP on the 26th floor, which was good but pricey, ,but that's typical in hotels, but thus was definitely worth it for the spectacular views!! If I was staying longer & had more time to appreciate it, I would have taken an upper room w/ views of the falls. It was easily located, about 2blocks if that , to Fallsview Casino, which was very convent for me. All in all, very pleased especially on a holiday weekend, and would stay there again.

The room was small, yet adequate for our stay. The long window ledge served as a shelf, as well as a sitting area for the extraordinary view of the falls. The entire area was clean and well maintained which provided a safe and secure feeling, as we walked the area of the falls and it's surroundings. The employees of the Hotel were pleasant and appeared to enjoy their work. The staff was more than accommodating. Very special compliments to Ed, the valet. He was very attentive and extensively knowledgeable about the area. He displayed a pleasant personality with an Old-Fashion professional approach to dealing with people. He offered help unpacking and packing the car. Ed had a good sense of humor, as we shared laughter together, making our trip even more enjoyable. Additional compliments to Heather, the transporter to and from the parking area. She is a great communicator. Heather was easy to converse with. She had an enthusiastic and upbeat demeanor. Our trip was enlightened with these two people greeting us every day.

The restaurants were very high prices. Especially if families come with children. We brought some of our own food. The bus system, WEGO was very confusing. Two of the drivers did not know the specific location to drop us off creating a worrisome situation. Several announcements on the bus announcing stops were not clearly audible. We would have stopped at more sites if the destinations were clear.

Origionally I had only booked for one night as others said that is all you need. We then decided to book another night (two seperate bookings) I had tried to get a Falls view room but all booked up. (It was for a weekend). On booking in our allocated room had not yet been vacated so as we were staying 2 nights we were upgraded at no extra charge to a room with a view of the American Falls. Fantastic! The room was a little smaller than most hotel rooms outside of New York, but it was more than adequate for two and the view made up for it. The rooms are at the top of a column, we were on the 27th floor, I would imagine that as you go up the rooms get larger. You must eat at the restuarant, the view of the Falls is great as is the food! The staff here are all very friendly and helpful and you get discount vouchers for other establishments. Parking (extra cost) is 1/2 mile away with a very efficient shuttle service to your car (the valet calls the shuttle and it arrives a few minutes later).

Again, a coffe maker in the room. Kettles available on request, I discovered on check out.
