Kimberly was an outstanding host, her breakfast was amazing, shopped for lactose free items for my husband and cooked extra bacon for our dog. The house is beautiful and location is great. It was such a welcoming atmosphere. Rooms are very well appointed. It was my husband's first B&B experience and he loved it.

The breakfast was delicious both days. The hostess Kim was very nice and hospitable. She got us everything we asked for. We ended up having the whole inn to ourselves both nights. It was a very cozy, comfortable room. All her ingredients were local and very fresh. I highly recommend Emilyville to anyone and everyone.
I honestly couldn't tell you anything negative. It was an amazing experience and we will be back.

Kim was an excellent host and the property itself was very charming with a relaxing ambience and views of the Trent River from most windows. It is also well located close to several nice restaurants and essential shopping. The included breakfast was also excellent and we would definitely stay there again.

Very nice little house - much nicer on the inside as the first (not so perfect) impression when entering from the back patio - with a very friendly host that serves a fantastic breakfast. Also very nice living room with TV for central use.

Next time we would prefer to stay upstairs. The lower level exterior light reflected in our room. But maybe we could have asked to turn it off.
