Comfort Hotel & Suites Peterborough

The staff went out of their way to try to make sure my stay was comfortable when I told them about my allergy to lemons. Since it's found in most cleaning supplies and soaps, they made sure to use special alternatives without sacrificing cleanliness. The room was large and spacious, and there were lots of pillows to add extra comfort. The breakfast was really good! I was sooo glad to see hot, fresh eggs and sausage as well as cereals, breads and even cinnamon rolls! I didn't have any Waffles but i was glad to see all the options.

The fridge in the room didn't seem to cool very much, even on max settings. The mattress itself was a bit too hard for my taste (but that's a personal preference, not their fault), so it's good there were more pillows. Finally, I was just a little curious as to why there was so much chlorine in the pool that it almost seemed as though there was a film of it on top, but otherwise, it was alright.

Staff was great to deal with. Very impressed with how clean everything was. I didn’t get to use the pool hopefully next time. My dog was happy with our room too. He felt right at home. I had used two other motel in Peterborough before. Comfort Inn was the cleanest and quiet of three of them. Will check in here again.

Everything was fine from my point of view. Really didn’t have anything to complain about. The pet fee was reasonable for the night. My four legged baby liked the parking lot to explore. It was nice having the pines trees around it.

Lovely hotel which I find is one of the best Comfort hotels I ever stayed in the past. Breakfast is very good, staff is very nice and helpful, room is lovely, beds are very comfortable, swimming pool is beautiful. Clean and nice hotel. Loved the location as it has joined door with Kelseys which was very convenient for my senior parents to go to when they need a meal. It is also very close to the down town, just 8min drive. The hotel exceeded my expectations

I asked for half day extension so my mom can rest but I was told by the receptionist that they typically book half days but because the weekends are busy, they dont offer that. So I have to book one more night if I want mom to stay longer which I did. I wish they could have provided half day or at least gave me lower rate since I booked additional night but left the hotel at 7pm

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is perfectly located and the staff was very friendly and professional. We loved the generous breakfast and found our room quiet and clean. Would definitely go back for a family trip!

The gym was definitely kind of akward and small. It could barely accommodate 3 trainers at the same time. Would have appreciated it to be also better indicated…

I stayed here ahead of a big snowstorm so I'd be able to get to work on time. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and friendly. The room (2 queen beds) was comfortable and clean. The attached Kelsey's restaurant was great for take out and the free wifi was fast and reliable (I brought my gaming laptop with me and was able to game with friends online with no issues). I would absolutely stay here again.

The continental breakfast wasn't super. I was glad they had yogurt and hot water for oatmeal and tea, but the bananas looked quite old and bruised, and the pre packaged croissants and muffins were not the greatest (they also had some other items as well as pre packaged breakfast sandwiches you heat up yourself but I didn't try those)

Bed was comfortable, breakfast wasn't bad, everything was clean. We asked for a room change and the staff was very accommodating. Everyone was friendly and pleasant.

The room was missing tissues, the fan from the heater was a little too loud for our liking to sleep, and the bathtub faucet was dripping the entire time we were there. There was no way to stop the dripping.

Free breakfast with standard items. Quiet location close to the event for the day. Shopping nearby. Clean room. Helpful staff. We did not need the fridge or microwave. Free tea in the lobby,

The room was a little crowded for wheelchair access. After moving a table, it was only just wide enough to get a wheelchair past the end of the bed.

We liked mostly everything. The place was clean and everyone was super friendly. Our breakfast was very good. The restaurant next door was nice, we didn't have to go far for supper.😀

Only problem we had was the on and off tap was very hard to turn it was stuck , but hey my hubby got it turned.

Beautiful and spacious room. Very quiet. Nice large lot with treed areas for pets. Reasonable expectations for pets clearly stated. Cute little welcome package. Jetted tub! Breakfast too!

Some pieces of furniture could be touched up with touch up markers, some wallpaper was coming off under sink. Property is well taken care of though.

I liked the rooms: big, vlean, comfortable beds. also nice indoor swimming pool amd jacuzzi. Good breakfast. Nive to have water wity lemon and coffee/tea in the lobby 24hrs

i felt the chlorine in the pool and jacuzzi were too much. but perhaps thats better to keep water clean. I.also.loved having Kelseys redtaurant attached to the hotel. it was handy for my senior parents to go and enjoy meals
