Very clean and modern looking. Everything I am used to with the upper end hotels was there at this location. Also I was very happy with the breakfast offered as that is what a breakfast that isn't called a continental breakfast should be like. All in all very pleasant stay and I am sure I will stay there again if I am in the area. Thanks for a hassle free stay it was a place I would recommend and I'm sure the other group that joined me in staying there were as happy as I was or so they said anyway. Thanks again sincerely, Dan

Clean, breakfast stays up to 10h30am, looks recently built/renovated. Checkout at noon. Good wifi coverage. Parking has lots of spaces. Location is perfect.

Hotel sign not catchy (compared to holiday ins), missed it first time when driving there. Bed a bit firm on edges but it s ok and i slept very well. Could be good if tv was smart tv (there isnt much to watch on tv channels nowadays). There s no real issues in general. Some small improvments could make this hotel the best in town.

Breakfast was excellent with good choice of products. Room was very comfortable, however found the bed a little hard for Seniors with Arthiritis. If I could make a suggestion it would be to offer a memory foam topper just to take that hard edge off for older people. Also when offering a suite, it might be something to consider to put a slider between the bedroom and sitting area, so that anyone going to bed earlier can do so without being disturbed by tv noise in sitting area, or just put a door there. This would make these suites a 10/10. Overall we were very happy with this choice and would do it again.

Couldnt open a window for fresh air....we understand about that, but it would have been nice.

Very well situated. Overall, the hotel looks amazing and the staff is friendly and polite, making you feel welcomed. Some of them went way and beyond to help us. We were really impressed.

We only had two very small issues. Upon arrival, one of the tea bags close to the coffee machine in the room was opened/ used, making us ponder the level of cleaning done. Second, on the departure day, the room cleaner kept asking when we were leaving, even though I told her the fist time: within 20 minutes (which was exact). This being said, we would definitely come back.

The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. There is a fridge and microwave in the room which is always a plus. Free parking and breakfast included. 15 minute drive from downtown West Zweing park. They have a pool, although it is small.

The bed was a little too soft for my preference but I have slept on worse. The breakfast was self serve, nothing fancy, very very basic and the tables were not cleaned by staff in between different families arriving and going. Only one elevator which sucks when they are full capacity. Not a bad walk up the stairs if you are staying on the second floor. Pool looks like it needs some cleaning, there is a dark border around the edge where water has evaporated and dirt has piled on.

Breakfast was very good, staff was very nice. Coffee always available. Pool was ok too. Baggage trolleys were a nice touch too. Convenient to all restaurants & stores.

Water pressure in shower very low. No balconies or patio doors. Only parking views front & back of bldg. Only 1 comfy chair in smallish room, altho high ceiling helped. Squishy pillows. Only 1 way into the bldg so inconvenient. AC noisy.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and airy and the ventilation did not keep me awake! The bed was comfy and the halls were quiet.

But there was no robe to wear to the pool so I didn't get to use it. And there were no washclothes. I heard another guest say she would have to call for towels. For this price, we shouldn't have to ask. I also found out after the fact that a CAA discount was available to me - seems like a secret kept. It takes advantage of those who don't travel a lot and are not on top of all these perks.

We were there for only a short overnight stay and left quite early in the morning, but the room was very clean, modern, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good! Good Wifi. We also liked that there were many restaurants (both regular and fast food) in the area, so we were able to get a great take-out dinner easily.

I realize many places do this (but some don't), but the $30 charge for a little pet (our dog) seems over-the-top. What extra service must the staff do that merits this amount? Also, why were there only two packs of regular coffee in the room? Why can't there be a few more? Who needs decaf at 6 am?

breakfast offered substantial options and the quality was good. The breakfast area was clean and tidy. The room was spotless and the shower worked well.

the front outside the building had a spot for a few flowers (about 12-15 feet long and maybe 2.5 feet wide. All that were there were weeds and empty beer bottles. Not a great first impression when you arrive. Our window sill was home to some noisy pigeons.

Breakfast was generous with a large variety of choice. Hot or cold. The hotel was tastefully currant with decor and comforts and very clean on all levels. The reception was cheery and obliging.

I would never have complained about this although given an opportunity to give a suggestion, I would advise that there could be a better supply of towel rods and hooks in the washroom to hang more than one persons towels, hand towels and face cloths. There was only one hook on the back of the door. There were three of us in the room and this was lacking.
