Hampton Inn by Hilton Winnipeg

Breakfast tasted great, as well as the service to go with it. The rooms were clean but i did notice some stains on the pillows. The room was very nicely set up and had a comfort and homy feeling. Give my compliments to the chef (Bason, I think his name was) for accommodating for us and finding something for my wife to eat. I have received exceptional service from him and he works with happy and great attitude.

It’s clean, very well organized with Covid-19 protocols. I enjoy it and as a person of interest who went to MTECH for hotel and motel front desk training, management. I can say the staff is committed to the customers, very polite and respectful.

There was an intoxicated woman hanging out at the property and becoming belligerent and rude to me and bothering other guests. I enjoy my time here because 70% of hotels in Winnipeg usually have a lot of disorderly people hanging around harassing people who pay to stay but I hope that was the first and last encounter with someone who drinks and likes to become loopy to anyone. All and all other then that altercation I always enjoy my stay at this hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, from storing my bags before check-in to quickly providing assistance with printing, shuttle, etc.

It took several attempts for my credit card to be approved. There must be some problem within the payment system, as I used the card all summer and at various other locations during my stay and had no problems. It was being flagged for security reasons. It took me two calls to my bank overseas and three visits to the front desk to actually have it clear.

friendly staff, very accommodating Rooms are clean good location

the carpets in the hallway leading to the rooms was not clean. in the breakfast area, the chairs and bench seats are filthy and uncomfortable to sit on.

I was able to have my pet stay with me in a room that was very clean with no odours. Some places I feel like you are given the crappie room if you have your pet, our pet is our baby, we look after her well she is clean and odour free, a great puppy, respect others property so we expect to receive clean odour free rooms upon arrival…so THANK YOU FOR THE CLEAN , ODOUR-FREE ROOM ! We will stay with you again !

No mini fridge in our room

Requested roll away bed was available and delivered very promptly. This made our stay much more comfortable. This location was great near the airport. It made it very convenient for our early flight. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved this hotel! The room #623 was nice and big and comfortable. The breakfast was great! But there were only 2 towels a piece. could have used one more each. We also had a picture fall off the wall while I was 6 feey away from it. Really scared me!

Needed 2 extra towels, please

IThe staff were amazing.They were so helpful. I was in town for a funeral and the staff helped me get taxi's and anything else I needed. I really appreciated how much help they were.

There wasn't anything I didn't like .

The front desk Staff here are unreal kind and helpful always. I never do surveys and did just to compliment them. Its the same human that helps me almost every time. I wish I remembered her name and will provide next time i stay here.

Everything in this hotel I loved The reception stuff were very friendly very professional and when there was a problem in my window room they change the room immediately and gave me a courtesy complementary basket Hotel is very clean, neat
