Comfortable beds, convenient location next to the conference center. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are nice and the facilities are clean. The cleaning staff is very nice and gentle. They have a computer in the lobby that you can use for printing documents.
The check-in was a disaster. I got charged by "mistake" 100 CAD more than I was supposed to pay, and it took about haft an hour to solve the issue (after a long flight, you definitely want to just arrive and crash in your room smoothly) For some reason, their machines do not accept all debit cards, which was strange for me since I have not faced that problem in any other country/hotel.

The lobby was nicely finished and clean and the staff was ready and willing to help. I was travelling with an 11 year-old boy so the pools and hot tub were great to use in our down time. The mattress and sheets were comfortable. It was convenient to have the Blaze restaurant and Elephant and Castle located in the hotel.
The indoor pool deck was dirty and there was garbage left around. Two private parties held loud private parties on the outdoor pool deck one afternoon which limited our enjoyment.

We went to the pancake house at the Forks every morning to shop and eat
Having a breakfast menu in the room would be helpful....when I'm on vacation i don't want to google everything Unhappy with front desk unwillingness to be flexible with a cash deposit instead of a credit card given the Rogers outage and other hotels provided this option without skipping a beat. Would reconsider Delta because of their unwillingness to be flexible and would not refer even though I stayed there previously.

Very Comfortable large room and the front desk was also very helpful, friendly and very nice. The computer was also very good and was able to print our boarding passes. Even when I asked for a dinner plate, I was given without any hesitation and did not have to pay for it, although I have paid at other hotels. THANK YOU EVERYONE.

Beautiful very clean and comfortable room. Modern sparkling clean bathroom with beautiful walk in shower. Very comfortable bed and lots of bedding and pillow options.
Our over-sized vehicle did not fit in the underground hotel parking lot. We arrived late in the day and no one mentioned height restrictions for the parkade, which left us driving around an unknown downtown (with lots of one-way streets) trying to find parking in the dark. Finally someone from the front desk came out and tried to help us find a spot, which we eventually did. (The off-site parking lot required us to go feed the meter at 6:00 am daily.) ☹️ It would have been helpful if the room reservation confirmation had mentioned this from the start. Thankfully the hotel credited us with our extra parking costs. One other small item - the toilet was running water when we arrived and we had to call for repair which was quickly done.

Everything about Delta Hotel was perfect. My wife and I stayed there for our 5th anniversary, and I couldn't have been more satisfied by the service I received. From a complimentary upgrade to excellent service by their staff (receptionists, housekeepers, kitchen staff, etc). I highly recommend them for stays, and I will surely be back.

front desk staff were friendly but too busy…There should be front desk staff mainly for guest checking-in and not doing two function at the same time…We have to wait for the front desk dealing on the phone then gets our turn…Breakfast is excellent! Pool is great! My kids loves it…
Parking should be free…i was surprised coz its not mentioned when i booked at this site…
