Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Knowledgeable about the area and amenities. Room was very nice. Large bathroom, very spacious room. Food in the restaurant was spectacular. Location was very nice, it was a great place to stay for us and our visit to Lake Louise.

The property allows pets and we had a dog owner in the same hall that I can only assume would leave their dog in a kennel when they went somewhere and the dog would whine and yip. We did not contact the front desk or staff as I knew that it was not their fault or responsibility to keep the dog quiet, so nothing against the property or staff in any way.

The hotel has a great entry, properly cleaned, people welcoming! Literally located on the main street. Hotel contains restaurant, spa, hot tub and pool as well as gym which is great! Everything looks nicely maintained and in order. Also, there is a vending machine,ice, pop machine, washer, and dryer. Nice choice of cosmetic products in the bathroom. The parking lot is really specious.

There were no towels on the pool or in the gym. After asking the receptionist for some, we were promised he would bring them to the pool. After one hour, he still didn't show up or send someone. I went to take towels from the room and was unpleasantly surprised there were only 3 and room was booked long time ago for 4 (2 adults 2 kids), so I had to ask receptionist again and was provided with 1 towel. It seemed like the towels were really precious at the moment. I still don't understand it. Also, in my opinion, there should be changing room and shower by the gym and pool.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, big parking lot, great views from the room, nice fluffy towels, very spacious room (able to fit two sets of golf clubs, a cooler, two suit cases and a random assortment of packages without any issues (in a King room).

The A/C machine was very loud, even on the "low" setting. Made it a little difficult to sleep at night. We also had a flickering light, but it wasn't a big deal. We forgot to tell the front desk, but I have no doubt that they would have attended to it right away if we had remembered to mention it.

The location was perfect and easy to find. Upon arrival the front desk was super nice and check in was a breeze. The rooms were spacious (double queen) and clean. The night staff was super helpful trying to resolve within their power the AC issues.

The side stairwell adjacent to the elevator leading to the parking lot smelled absolutely foul. The AC in the room had allot of issues with not working and needing to be reset. It was also the noisiest unit I have ever heard.

Everything was great, starting reception up to the end. Receptionist Oggie did his best to make us feel welcome! There was some improvement since last time we were there, and there is more happening(renovation of the gym), so all the best for the efforts! Also all the best to the other staff members who made sure we had enough coffee, towels etc.

I would like changing rooms by the gym and pool, I hope that's included in renovation!

Hotel was clean, room spacious, staff friendly, we liked the kitchenette area in our room.

Access to the hotel was awkward. All the parking is on the south side of the building and the only access on that side requires you go up 3 stairs, go through the door and you find yourself in a stairwell landing then you need to go either up or down 5;stairs to get to your floor.

The room and bed were comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast at the attached restaurant.

The hotel advertises itself to be a non-smoking facility, but our first impression when we walked into our room was the smell of cigarettes. They were unable to give us a different room. Later, a man reeking of cigarettes came out of the room across the hall from us and joined us in the elevator. Perhaps they should dedicate some rooms for smokers.

ALL the staff that we encountered were exceptionally friendly and accomodating. Bathroom was extra large with updated fixtures and a magnifed/lighted makeup mirror. Beds, pillows and towels were comfy. Bathroom was clean. Kitchette was well stocked with dishes, pots, toaster, kettle and frying pan. The room was large and had an updated TV and 2 chairs and table set. Short commute to the car through an easy access - 5 step staircase exit out to the side parking lot by the elevator on the lower floor. Exercise room and front lobby are inviting. Didn't go into the pool area and the restaurant was closed due to covid so don't know about those areas.

A bit of road noise as we faced the road next to the ravine. Room was clean except the window sill and the 3 inch X 5 feet strip of floor behind the front door (which would have been propped open during cleaning). The glass stove top was cracked in several areas across the 2 burners where someone had dropped something on it. It worked fine but should be replaced.

Room was large, kitchenette was great. Facilities new and gym was great. Location to town was excellent.

We were here for 6 nights and had the option to receive restaurant vouchers in exchange for getting the room cleaned daily. We took 3 vouchers and they said the room would get cleaned Thursday. We arrived Monday, and even though I asked maid service to clean room twice on Thursday no one came. Front desk said because we received the vouchers we don't get the room cleaned. And one of the staff flat out lied and said he got the room got cleaned when I asked him directly. Anyway, after my irritation, it got cleaned Friday. It seemed staff had mismatched information between themselves.

clean, comfortable, friendly staff, very accommodating. the water pressure in the shower was amazing! I don’t usually care for hotel showers, usually low pressure and temperature can be iffy, the bath was deep and lovely and the water was fantastic! the spa was amazing! would recommend it to anyone looking for a spa experience!

wish there was a continental or breakfast options other than the restaurant on site. the restaurant was a little expensive for the portions and not a great menu in my opinion
