One of the best places we stayed at on our 4 week trip. Right downtown, close to information and restaurants, but still quiet. Beautiful place with clean and well maintained rooms, comfy beds, and equipped with everything you might need. Or if something is missing, you talk to the super friendly and helpful owners, and you'll have it in a heartbeat. Beautiful outdoor area where you can cook your own meals or just relax. Good breakfast in the morning, nothing fancy but a decent selection. Altogether highly recommended!!! Thanks for everything (and especially the wonderful chocolate)

I'm not one of those extreme environmentalists, but I wish they'd invest in some pottery dishes and silverware, at least for breakfast. Styrofoam is just the worst.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful, spacious, very clean, very modern and surprisingly the same as the photos as advertised. Set in the center of Radium and very easy access to local amenities, staff very friendly and knowledgeable to sharing local information. Cleaning crew do/did and amazing job and were very friendly and respectful. Please pass on my compliment as they probably never get thanked for what they do.

This is just my personal opinion, not sure how others felt, and it was a little surprising, maybe I didn't read it anywhere - but breakfast was self make and clean up after yourself - I felt rushed to eat my breakfast after I cooked it myself, to wash the dishes for the next person to use (only limited cooking items, ie 2 frying pans) and a few guests turned up at the same time, so it was a little crowded. If I had of known ahead of time, I may have not chosen to pay for breakfast if it was an option

The location was very good. It was far enough from the highway that you didn't hear any vehicle noise. It's nice that there is only one level as you don't have to worry about the people above you stomping around at all hours. Our unit has a king-size bed in the main room and a smaller room with a double bed I think? Our daughter got the room and my wife and I were the king. There was a nice little kuerig-like machine for coffee in the room. The interior of the room was spotless and recently renovated. The person at the front desk was friendly and pleasant. Would certainly stay again if we go through Radium.

Very minor as I didn't call to ask but we couldn't find the Roku remote. All rooms have a Roku in them but the remote I found didn't seem to control it. I downloaded an app for my phone but it then found ALL the Roku's and they are not labelled with room numbers. I am sure the staff would have told us how to work it if we asked but we didn't care enough to worry about it.

Rooftop lounge was a nice touch as was the breakfast area and the food provided. The room was very clean, modern decor and had good lighting. The room had a small kitchen area and a microwave with two place settings provided. This would make it nice for a longer stay.

My only complaint really was after turning on the room air conditioner I could smell stale cigarette smoke even though the rooms are designated as non-smoking. As it was cooling down outside this wasn't an issue for us but might have been during the heat of the following day had we stayed longer.

Beautiful and clean motel in the heart of the quaint village of Radium BC. Cafes, liquor stores, grocery stores, and all shopping are only a 5 minute walk away. Beautiful BBQ/ grill area with seating available on site, 2 beds, one in its own private bedroom, 2 TVs, huge shower.

When I booked on Booking.com I specified that I had three small dogs in tow and asked them to disclose the charge for pets. They did not tell me and when I arrived, although I had been quoted at $120 for the room, the extra charges for my pets turned a reasonable stay to a pricey one (around $230 for one night. I do not mind paying extra for the dogs but I don't like being surprised by extra costs due to staff carelessness. If I had known the room would be that costly, I would have just booked with Best Western as they had a pool for my 5-year-old. update: Just as the response indicates- it is partly my fault for not checking thoroughly enough and everywhere you stay with three dogs will be expensive.

We were impressed with cleanliness of the room. Nice bonus was the separate bedroom and TVs in each room enabled with movie/streaming channels. The room(s) were modern, fresh and bright. This was a pleasant experience with the best value we have had in our travels for a long time. Good location considering proximity to Radium Springs, Invermere, and Panorama for Skiing and Snowmobiling.

The criticism we have is more of the town having limited options and availability for restaurants/snacks. Everything appeared to close early...maybe winter season is limited?

Breakfast was not on site, it was actually $6 coupon to a nearby restaurant. their sandwich was over $7.50 and then coffee that we had to buy on our own. However we liked your receptionist/care taker lady Rebecca. She was very very helpful finding us right rooms and facilities. She made our visit very easy and comfortable.

Exact images of the rooms + facilities. there were pictures included of Patio into room images and everyone thought we are going to get that Patio with our room (we were 15 people and booked 3 D Queen suites).

It was a very nice stay. The room was clean and modern, had everything what we needed for a family stay. The owners set up a very nice “family” breakfast and were greeting guests at the entrance. That was a very nice touch. Everything looked fresh and was a good choice. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay for the breakfast because it starts relatively late, around 9 am.. instead we had everything in the room to make our own breakfast earlier. Will definitely stay in the hotel again.

We liked the room size and layout. It's not that big but reasonably sized. Having those kitchen utensils gives the room more of a homey feel. More so with us who love to do our own cooking given the chance.

First, is the internet connection. Having two boys who think it's Armageddon Day when the internet is down is a bit of an annoyance especially when you are streaming Netflix and it just keeps on buffering. This should be at the top of things management has to work on to improve the overall experience of their guest. Second, is the breakfast option. It is not worth including in the inn's offering. Will be better if you just grab your food right straight from Bighorn Cafe, the inn's official breakfast partner. We didn't have much expectation for the $5/guest breakfast option, yet we gave it a try nonetheless. In the end, surely, it is what it is. A $5 value.

It's the first time we stayed here and we loved it. Mitch and crew were amazing and considerate. Best part is the gazebo in their front yard whic is fully equipped with bbq, stoves, fire places n seating. Cleaning responsibility is for users, and the bbq could get dirty. Rooms are recently renovated it seemed and it was simple but functional design. The room we stayed was with room within a room, and is good if you are traveling as a group. Breakfast coupon is 2 per room, and can be used in a nearby cafe.

Overall cleanliness was ok, but because of the pollen season, the floors and corners looked dusty. But was not bad at all.
