Staff was very friendly. We made our check-in after midnight without any problem. The beds and, the bathroom were clean. Breakfast was very satisfactory considering the price. During our booking we asked a room on the groundfloor and indeed were given one. Kudos on giving attention to customer requests. It helped us a lot to unload our luggage from our car. There were no junkies around as complained in other reviews and the location was very quiet, but maybe its because we made a very late check-in. The staff was in a very good mood in the morning and made sure everything was in perfect order. All in all it was a very good experience for a stop-over in Kamloops.

Like everyone mentioned in the comments, AC is very loud.

The location was good and the price was reasonable.

The hot water in the room was only warm. The 3 pillows on the bed were extra thin and we prefer medium to thick pillows. The breakfast did not have much to offer for me since I have Celiac. I could only choose from 3 dry cereals and coffee. The lighting was extremely low in the room and the curtains were blackout with nothing else so since we were on the first floor we either had clsed curtain or open and watched everone walk by our room occasionally looking in at us. This made us feel vulnerable. A shear curtain would add a lot of light to the room yet giving privacy.

Property was off the highway so it was fairly quiet. There was ample parking available and they were able to accommodate our small trailer. This property is close to Denny’s for a quick affordable meal. The staff were exceptional…when I asked about turning on the fan on the air conditioner, I was informed they had been manually turned off as it wasn’t hot enough to have them running. When I explained I only wanted the fan running, the fellow at the front desk went out back and brought me out a fan to use for the night. The fan worked perfectly and along with the comfy king-sized bed(free upgrade) my sleep that night was perfect!

The property was a little outdated but clean and functional and reasonably priced.

Great room at a great price. Updated bed & linens. Breakfast room offered better than average selection! Quieter than motels along the highway. Daily housekeeping offered for multi-night stays (I opted out, but the housekeepers I met still asked if I needed anything!)

Would be great to have a guest laundry available for travelers. Near downtown hospital so you hear the occasional siren. Still quieter than being next to the Trans Can or railroad.

We were in Kamloops for the long weekend and chose to stay here based on price and location. The staff was unbelievably friendly and accomodating. We couldn't stop talking about how lovely they were. We had friends staying at the motel as well and they made sure to give us side by side rooms even though accommodations were tight with renovations. The continental breakfast with waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, muffins, oatmeal, coffee, juice, and more was more than we could ask for. I believe our mattress was brand new as it was super comfortable. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The motel was walking distance to downtown, restaurants, the beach...great central location. They cleaned our room while we were out and restocked our toiletries, something that hasnt been the case in much more expensive places weve stayed. We will go back here next time we are in Kamloops.

There was only one person working at the time. She was very courteous, friendly and helpful. I availed myself of the courtesy breakfast the last morning of my stay, and enjoyed the options available. Very clean area, as well.

I do not really have anything much to contribute to this section. It would have been nice to have had an elevator/lift as I did find the 17 steps up and down to the street a bit trying. I had not thought to see if there was a ground level room available, though, so no the fault of the motel.

Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Service also good by the manager - very attentive and helpful

Floors were not clean- room smelled of smoke although a non smoking room and garbage truck noise woke me up before 7AM- very close to the room which was on the back side of the hotel. Otherwise the room was in a quiet location and we were able to park our van with trailer near the room on the side of the hotel.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The pictures online make it look pretty dumpy but once we got there we noticed how incredibly clean it was. The front desk person who checked us in was very friendly. The beds were comfy. Our room was very small but who really cares about that. The location is very convenient too. I will book here again on our way through Kamloops.

An extra garbage can in the room would be helpful and new pillows.

Great breakfast (we saw previous comments unhappy about limited breakfast during covid, well it's back to good selection of bread, fruit, cereals, eggs, coffee, juices, etc.). Convenient parking.

There were 2 double beds, which took most of the space in the room and made it a bit less convienient to move around, but still ok overall. Some rooms are facing the road and might be more noisy due to that, but the one we got was on the other side and was just fine.

The staff were Awesome. Sooo friendly. And the price so good. I was so happy with the cleanliness of the room and the kids had a great time. Ten out of Ten, would do again. Hi5

The only thing we didn't like was that the breakfast room was very small for the number of people in it. The food was great, and it was super clean, but it's so small and not well designed for flow and ease of use.
