Pacific Inn & Suites Kamloops

The hotel was easy to find and parking was more than adequate. The staff were super friendly. We also liked that there was a restaurant on site so after a long day on the road we didn't have to leave the hotel to get dinner.

The room itself could have been cleaner. There were crumbs on the accent chair in the room and the marble counter tops hadn't been wiped clean. It also seemed that the room might not have been vacuumed very well. I realize cleaning staff are pressed for time but cutting corners can lead to poor reviews and guests not returning.

The hotel is in quiet & convenient location and was within our budget. I like that it has an outdoor pool for hot Kamloops days and an outdoor patio on the fourth floor.

I feel the breakfast was below standard in quality & the service are below average in cleanliness. The usuals offered-Yogurt, cereal, bread & a few stale muffins. Bananas & apples,juice & coffee. Tongs were not provided for the self serving of bread & muffins so each person had to use their fingers for serving. There was no staff member in the breakfast nook area so tables & counters were not kept clean.

Location. It is close to the highway, but you don’t hear the traffic. Close to everything we needed.

The pool and hot tub were closed due to Covid. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere at the time of booking.

the restaurant attached not associated too hotel but staff had a very ugly night shared w entire group of customers👎🏽 yelling unprofessional just straight ugly w each other. Our dinner for (6) came but 20 mins later w got our dinner plates too eat from. I served my elder father from egg roll dish. I placed complaint w fill in manager but went on denial of issues. A mother packed her food and child up too remove her child as witness such ugliness. poor poor situation not happy customer at all w restaurant. Hotel tho was plus 10 high thumbs up.

It was a nice clean room.

The options for breakfast were not great. They had 2 different cereals mixed in one dispenser. Just enough yogurt for our family but not for anyone else. No real options for anyone who is gluten free aside from yogurt and fruit. There was no apple juice for an option. The fold out couch didn't have bed sheets, blankets or pillows. Had to go down and grab some from the front desk. The pillows where honestly terrible, didn't get a good sleep for that reason. Bed was great, pillows not so much.

Stayed on 3rd.Floor, which has a poor view from the room...But a great patio/deck view of the city below. The comfortable beds and clean will bring us back... as well, the Oriental restaurant on the main floor deserves its high ratings.

The provided breakfast is finally back after Covid-19 restrictions, albeit at a very minimal level... hopefully it will improve in future.

the staff are great to deal with and very accommodating.

the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. pee on the side of the toilet. taps were filthy and toothpaste splattered on mirror. had to switch rooms three time and finally gave up on asking for a clean room.

Breakfast was serve yourself, very good. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of room for luggage etc. We like the 2 sinks, one in the bathroom, the other just outside the bathroom-very convenient.. The heater wasn't working properly but they moved us to the same type of room The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The restaurant adjacent "The Moon Wok is excellent. Great Chinese food HUGE servings.

We were disappointed at having to move but it was OK and the gentleman helped us with it.

Location is excellent! Lots of restaurants and also shopping mall right cross the street. staff is very friendly and helpful

The night we stayed in Kamploop had tons of smoke due to the wildfire. The hotel's ventilation is a bit weak. The room was ok but the hallway was full of smoky smell.

It was a comfortable stay. Staff was very welcoming, professional and friendly. The bed, the room, washroom etc were all clean. The room was big with a kitchenette, stove, dishes, pans etc. There is continental breakfast available however it is not something spectular

The breakfast room is very gloomy. The breakfast items are just ok, would have been good to have eggs as well
