The bed and the sheets. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets where the best that I have ever come across in a Motel in terms of colour scheme and quality. The sheets made a REALLY GOOD first impression! When I entered the room I did a quick looksee. All was fine and I was pleased with its electrical plug-in set-up (I have a BiPap machine and luckily I had my own radio/alarm clock). What pleased me was that I didn't have to move the headboard or the night table to gain access to the outlet.

During my looksee, I noticed that there wasn't any coffee or coffee mate or sweetener. I called and requested some for the morning but it was never delivered. I spoke to reception about this at check-out and they apologized but I still didn't get my first hit of caffeine ☹. The parking stall in front of my unit - because of my unit's unique location the parking was also quite unique. My room was on level and the room to my left was down about 4-5 steps and the gradient of the lot reflected that. Unfortunately, that meant that my stall was on a 30 degree (or so) slant which made egress and ingress very difficult. Not a prob though, I'd take the same unit again if I had to.

The front desk staff went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. I was upgraded upon check-in and they were quick to help when an issue arose with a plugged toilet. I thoroughly enjoyed this 3 night stay, and will be back. Thank you.

The room had a few cleanliness oversights - not horrible, but the freezer was hardly usable as it was half-caked with ice, there was garbage under the bed, and there were coffee stains on the bathroom counter.

The pool was spotless, perfect temperature, and so welcome at the end of a day's travel! Bed was comfy and the room was perfectly sized for our needs. Easy to get to and leave from the highway Quiet stay and an incredible price. Staff unobtrusive and very pleasant. We take an annual trip from BC to Alberta and we intend to stay on our way back next year too. Booking is fast and easy on the road (we wait just to be sure Kamloops is where we are stopping and book a couple hours ahead-they even check with us to make sure that we will be greeted after late booking).

Coffee pot was a little slow brewing is literally the only minor inconvenience.

When we arrived to check in, they room behind office was being cleaned and you could smell so, so we thought that was a good sign! We booked a queen room and they upgraded us to a king, no charge. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well and also the mini fridge, which we plugged in cooled down very quickly and worked very well, refroze our freezer pack for the cooler no problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an older motel so could use some up dating, some of the room furniture, sofa, tv console, but still was in shape just dated. The pool area was showing it’s age but we still enjoyed a swim, hot tub was of order. But no big deal, We would stay again! Great water pressure!

Highway noise, but was too bad, Nothing they could do about highway so no complaints really

It was a late check in for us but there was no issues on how late we were. Got into a nice cozy, and clean room where we packed it in for the night and well we had to stay another night it was that good thank you kings motor inn

Well we didnt have a mint on our pillow but I'm kidding cant say anything bad it was great. Definitely will be coming back

We've been staying there for the past 2 yrs , every time we come around the kamloops area to visit. The staff is great, hospitality as well

I've stayed in other places similar to the kings, but the prices were reasonable, a lot lower then what the kings charge, I just don't honestly think the rooms are worth 140 to 300 a night. Charging whatever they want, it's not the Hilton... I would keep it around the 80 to 100 a night, depending on if it accommodates a kitchenette

It is easy to find this motel, very close to highway 1. Staff are friendly. The room is spacious. Close to restaurants, gas station.

I booked a room a couple of days in advance and requested a room on first floor, because I have 200kg luggages. As I already paid for the room without free cancellation, which means even if I do not check in, the fee is still paid, the staff should be able to leave a first floor room for me. All the other motels along my two weeks traveling met my request. The staff should be as smart/flexible/kind enough as to do this little arrangement.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The accommodations were top-notch, exceeding my expectations in every way. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, going out of their way to assist us with any request or inquiry. I am flled with nothing but gratitude towards them for making our stay truly exceptional.

friendly staff. clean room. i appreciate the third towel in our three-bed unit. white bed covers help to show a facilities conscientious efforts to be clean. spacious room. good lighting and options for light.

coloured carpet suggests floor covering is dated (at least in my unit - perhaps it’s time to go to vinyl plank). Our window does NOT LOCK. The locking device has been snapped off - this needs to be repaired!
