Days Inn by Wyndham Medicine Hat

The breakfast was yummy! It’s nice to be able to go get your food and bring it back to your room. The front lady at reception was awesome, very friendly and made us feel welcome. We were pleased the hotel accepted our BCAA card as well for an extra discount on our already reasonable rated room. Other staff were also friendly the next morning.

We were happy with everything. We got in too late to use the pool so we wished the adult swimming hour from 10-11pm was longer for us night owls.

centrally located. although we did not use the pool area it looked like the kids were having lots of fun. fresh baked cookies each day were a hit. appreciated ice water tea and coffee I. the libby at all times.

lots of mud around the entrance and in elevator. caked on mud from boots of workers staying there meant mats and such were regularly dirty. however rooms were clean and that’s key.

the room was very spacious with two double beds, the breakfast was more than expected and the grandkids loved the pool and water slide. The staff was very courteous and friendly and the kitchen staff kept the breakfast supplies always fresh and adequate.

The breakfast room could have been larger for the large amount of guests that were there on the long weekend.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large and clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

I can't eat meat or dairy and so would have loved to have some plant based yogurt or milk available. It wasn't a huge issue as I wasn't expecting any, but it would be nice to have an option next time

Loved the room set up. One long continuous counter the whole length of the room. Lots of room to out stuff and stay organized for a one night quick stay Breakfast was really good and well layed out. Different areas so did not feel cramped. Hot food was good. Check in employee was just basic not overly friendly but did the job fine. Morning staff were exceptional. Didn't use the pool as their was a soccer team there and we were too tired after driving 11 hours

Bathroom was a bit tight but clean and served its purpose

The breakfast was great- hot eggs waffles bacon and yogurt. Lots of good parking was available. Keurig in the room with Tim Hortons pods was a nice touch!

The chlorine smell was absolutely awful to the point we couldn't take the kids longer then 45 minutes at a time because everyone's eyes were burning and red. It was winter so maybe it's a ventilation issue.

Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating Breakfast is good. Change the chair to a loveseat or put a small table with two chairs by the window so we could enjoy coffee, breakfast, or a game of cards

Pillows are terrible, to big, uncomfortable, A nice loveseat would be nicer than a chair or a small round table with two chairs at the window so we could breakfast there at the window.

Room was very large and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Pool and waterslide met all expectations. Location is good close to main highway. Breakfast was excellent . Everyone loved the pancakes from the automatic dispenser.

Everything was great

Easy access from the highway. Ample parking. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate for a free breakfast.

Staffing seemed to be running short in the evening. Front desk staff person also had to be restocking towels at the pool.

It is hard to rate this hotel as they had a water leak or something so loud fans were running in the lobby causing some inconvenience but I am sure that if everything was as it should be this hotel us great
