Best Western Premier Executive Residency Medicine Hat

Our kids absolutely loved the pool/hot tub and water slide! Staff are so friendly. Breakfast was great. Lovely new building.

It could have been a 10/10 but unfortunately scoring it an 8/10 as we found quite a lot of hairs in the beds and pillows. The pool side could have been much cleaner too. Hairs all over the floors which isn’t pleasant getting in and out of the pool. Apart from that the stay was excellent.

Front desk manager was very helpful and friendly! He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable thank you! The breakfast was great and the girls working went above and beyond as well. Asked for ice for my to go cup and she went and got it from the ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t tell me where to go get it. So appreciated the extra service for a job that doesn’t always get recognition with thanks. Great job to everyone!!

It was a nice surprise to have a complimentary upgrade to a suite!

The only thing that was slightly bothersome was that the chairs around the table were quite heavy and created a lot of noise when you moved them. So we tried to be respectful of the people in the room underneath us and not move them much.

Room cleaning is still on the pandemic schedule. Rooms are not cleaned daily but only on the request placed 24 h in advance. The cleaning does not include vacuuming. The restaurants within the property have poor quality food; it tastes as fast food rather than restaurant food.

We totally loved the level of customer service we were greeted by as we entered the premises! When we entered our room, it was absolutely spotless and the decor was warming and refreshing! We can’t say enough good things about our stay there! Thank you! This hotel should definitely be considered one of your flagship hotels! By far the best experience we’ve ever had at a hotel anywhere!

Honestly have nothing to dislike!

The hotel is a dream for any traveler. We were on our trip to Banff and stayed a night here. Super clean. No, extremely clean. New furniture. Beautiful room layout with a kitchenette and a lounge zone. Delicious hot breakfast ( omelette, french toasts, waffles, regular toasts, sausages, eggs, cereals etc.). The pool with the waterslide and a steam room were over and over our expectations. The photos don’t show the real picture. It was our third hotel on the way but definitely the best one.

Everything was fantastic

The breakfast was better than most with freshly made omlettes to order and an automatic pancake machine to make fresh pancakes. The automatic coffee machine makes excellent lattes as well. The hotel is new and spotless and the rooms large.

They could have a few more luggage carts to carry luggage up to the room

property was easy to access, a restaurant was on site, close to shopping. location was quiet, but close to the #1. Loved the STAFF!💕 loved the ROOM!! CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! Everything about the BWP was top notch and me feel relaxed. Definitely will stay again. Thank -you to all the Staff.😎

Front desk staff-very friendly and welcoming Housekeeping staff- wonderful! Very friendly. Rooms are very large and the kitchen in the room we had was great. Lots of counter space if u plan on cooking. Great a/c units kept the room very cool. The beds were comfortable. Room was very clean overall. Quiet hotel! Enjoyed our stay and will defiantly stay again. Beautiful hotel!

The hot tub in the room was clean BUT The tile on the wall around the Hot tub could have been cleaned better as there were handprints on it from the last users.

The whole facility was good. Breakfast had lots of section and the beds were quite comfy staff was also very friendly.

Pool was a little cold. Was a bit disappointed that the TVs did not have a option to login to Netflix. For a brand new hotel and a BW Premier my expectation would be that the rooms have Smart TVs and you can log on to streaming services.
