This was the final leg of our 10 day Banff-Calgary-Edmonton trip and the best hotel stay out of 5, without an ounce of doubt. Starting from check-in (By Jane) to the cleanliness, the comfy beds, to the very filling breakfast ( hot and fresh cheese omelettes, baked beans, potatoes, yummmm), this was a stay worth recommending to people. The hotel is brand new with well planned, spacious rooms and bathrooms, and this was the cherry on top. We started our trip at the Holiday Inn in Kamloops, a very dingy smelly one and very honestly scared and skeptical about what to expect here and the one exceeded our expectations and was totally worth the money

The breakfast is great. Lots of options. The room is clean and spacious.

The staff working on our 2nd day in the hotel is not doing a great job. On the first day of our stay, the lady who is in charge of the breakfast buffet was really good. She ensured everyone will be able to eat and enough food for everyone. On the 2nd day, the lady in charge was rude. I feel bad for the guests who went down for breakfast on a later time. They were told to just get whatever is left and she will be closing the buffet wherein we believe there is still 30-40 mins left before the breakfast is over. We don't want her to lose her job but she should be doing her job better. She made us feel as if we are beggars for food. Not a good customer service, not a good reflection of your hotel.

location was wonderful, easy to access. plenty of parking. Enjoyed our stay from booking in to booking out. we stayed 3 nights, the staff was very helpful and upbeat from the front desk to housekeeping. The rooms were very clean and spacious, bright and pleasant. Always had a great night sleep. The breakfast were a very nice start to the day. Would definitely stay again next time in Edmonton. I have recommended it to friends and family.

It was a bit inconvenient to have one elevator in use for the entire facility. Had the other fixed and operating before the weekend (bonus). Had the alarm go off on the key pad to the room across from us through out the day and part of the evening.

The hotel was clean. It is a brand new building. Staff is very pleasant. The gym is basically brand new. (The thing we did not like was that the headphones did not work at the gym monitors). Breakfast was excellent and the staff kept restocking it fairly regularly. However, we would have welcome an earlier breakfast (6AM or sooner) so we could more comfortably get to the event we were attending (papal mass). We also liked secure underground parking. We were also pleasantly surprised that a room fridge was included.

The headphone input in the gym screens did not work. The breakfast could have been open sooner. Also the bacon seemed to run out quickly (rude customers hoarding). We also did not have too many towels in our rooms for our party of 5. Also the pool was poorly stocked with towels at first (but was restocked after asking).

The hotel is super new and clean, near an industrial area. The facilities are nice and shiny. Breakfast is very good and the dining area is spotless. Cleaning staff work hard to keep the hotel clean everywhere. I also used the coin laundry which is convenient. Parking is free and underground parking is also available. Overall I am very satisfied with this hotel.

The air conditioner is very powerful. If you choose auto, the machine starts from time to time during the night. It is a bit loud. The other problem is the underground parking lot's garage door, you need to press a bottom to exit. I spent a couple of minutes to figure it out. I think the staff can mention how to exit if the guests choose to park in the basement.

In 2022 our family of four travelled across four Canadian provinces for 13 days in July, staying in different hotels each day, so the comparison is very objective. We stayed in Edmonton for two days in a row. The hotel was brand new, very clean and tidy, and the staff was kind and friendly. The breakfast was very good, with two kinds of hot sausages, two kinds of omelets, coffee and hot chocolate.

Probably due to the new renovation of the hotel, the smell of renovation is a little heavy. The location is rather remote, facing the highway, and the sound of cars is very loud at night.

The breakfast was great. Bacon, eggs, omelettes, oatmeal, hot cinnamon rolls. A nice variety that was ready at exactly 6.30am. We were able to grab some food and head out to our meeting. Complementary coffee/tea/hot chocolate all day. The rooms are large with high ceilings with lots of space to move. Sunlight can be totally blacked out. Several USB outlets throughout the room. Super comfy bed. Large baths. Very clean!! Coming back for sure. The hotel was very quiet.

Pool is a little small so was crowded. We weren’t there to use it but did check it out. The gym was a nice size though. The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

It's a brand new hotel so everything was still in good shape and nice large rooms. The fitness room was spacious with nice, new equipment. The breakfast had a nice selection. Easy to access on/off the Anthony Henday and close to a lot of stores, restaurants and movie theatre (walking distance).

It's a brand new hotel, but some of the work looked pretty shoddy and it may not age well (i.e. the surround around the tub had about a 1 inch gap filled with silicone that won't take long to start looking gross). 1 of the 2 (slow) elevators was already out of order.

Hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were well arranged. The hotel also has under ground parking which is great for days when there is hail. I booked two consecutive stays so was hoping I could stay in the same room. Jay at the front desk tried to be accommodating and make it work for me but they were too booked. The lady serving breakfast was super friendly. Overall my stay was wonderful.

The hotel is still quite new so the pool was not available yet during my stay. If this is important to you, I would suggest that you try calling them before booking this summer (2022). Overall, I was pleased with what I got for what I spent.

The inside of the hotel and the rooms were very modern looking with bright beautiful colors. The staff was very friendly with big smiles! The pillows were so soft you just sunk right in them and the bed was so comfy! The free breakfast was way better then a lot of hotels now a days! There was a selection of scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon or sausage, bread for toast and other baked breads and muffins and more! Juices and the coffee was great! The best coffee we have tasted for a hotel!

Wished the pool and whirlpool was opened but maybe next time. I think they had to maintain it a bit. It was out a bit from other areas but also close to the medical building where I had to go. Also not far from shopping areas.
