Great location, excellent customer service, feels safe and secure. Comfy beds, very clean including little touches.

My one and only complaint in the continental breakfast times. Not everyone is an early riser. We were out very late the night before at a concert. We would have loved to enjoy the included continental breakfast - but it was over by 9am. You have included very early for the business, early check out individuals but what about those who rise and check out a bit later. I believe 10 - 10:30am would be better across the entire week.

The digital key access from my phone app was very finicky. If I accessed my room with my digital app key, my key cards did not work anymore. That is not helpful if there is only one digital key, but I have 3 other family members with me with a key card. Staff were very friendly and so quick. We asked for clean towels. Within a minute, someone was already at our door with towels. Very impressed. Thank you for the speedy service. I also liked the contactless check-out. The kids enjoyed the water slide and pool.

Did not like the rolling hide-away door to the bathroom in my room. The door doesn't lock and could never close all the way. There was always a small gap between the door and the wall so someone could easy roll the door open or even peek inside the washroom through the gap, if they really wanted to.

The pool and waterslide are nice attractions but the whole place was full of screeching kids which, in itself is understandable, but the place is like a gigantic echo chamber which made the screaming physically painful to our ears! We couldn't stay in the pool. We hated that experience... They seriously need some sound deadening or sound absorbing panels in there.That noise level cannot be safe for anyone. Test it with a decibel meter!

Convenient that it's by the C-train; around other hotels, so also a bit convenient in terms of location. Fairly quiet in terms of traffic noise. Appreciate the underground parking (less likely to get GTA/car theft).

Be advised there may be a number of people living on the street around at night (e.g., sleeping / chilling in small green spaces around hotel banks), obviously being by the train means more traffic than without. But property can't exactly control that to a certain extent, and people are just trying to live. Just more of a caution RE: some individuals struggle with addictions and may not always be sober or nice.

For anyone with multiple chemical sensitivities and or allergies this is a fabulous place to stay. I made sure to add a note when I booked to have the bedding double washed once on its own without detergent and they were more than accommodating. Sandra at the front desk had the cleaning staff all over that, they did a no chemical clean of the room, just used vinegar and gave us extra towels that had been double washed/dried and opened up a brand new duvet that was then double washed. I have EXTREME sensitivities and this hotel has been not a problem at all for me!

The bed was quite uncomfortable, and our door was loose on the hinges

we were looking for a place that had a kitchen as we were staying for a few days. the king suite fit our needs well. the pool area was nice. the water was warm. breakfast was delicious. house keeping was very helpful when we needed more linens.

there was limited utensils in the kitchenette. The breakfast tasted great but spent a large amount of time waiting for the waffle maker to become available. I think two waffle makers would be helpful instead of waiting 10+ minutes to make a waffle. The staff managing the breakfast only wore their masks intermittently. I was in the lobby at 5am one morning and they were preparing the breakfast space with no masks on. Otherwise other staff I saw were wearing masks.

Service at the front desk was excellent. The food available for breakfast was varied and ample--much appreciated.

Coffee might have been offered at breakfast. A minor irritant--my room key did not work for one of the elevators; but I found out later (during my stay) that keys were not required to operate one of the elevators, contrary to the notice posted inside the elevator that said one had to use a room key card to get to the parking area.

The house keeping was top notch and front desk workers were very polite , kids loved the pool and very fast water slide lol oh and the guy that transports the dirty sheets and towels deserves a raise due to the fact he was helpful in every way and never seen him once without a smile on his face , those reasons being we will probably always stay at this establishment when in Calgary, just need to change that hideaway mattress for a comfortable one and would rate it a 5 instead of a 4 the next time around

Well the hide away bed was pretty uncomfortable, could feel springs in the back but other than that was a very pleasant stay

The room was spacious and clean. The pool and waterslide are a bonus if travelling with kids. There is lots of free parking. Location is handy for Calgary if you have a car.

The food offerings did not match what I got at the Hampton Inn in Edmonton. Whereas the latter has gone back to full buffet breakfast following the loosening of Covid restrictions on July 1, 2021, this place is still handing out uninspiring breakfast boxes with a shrinkwrapped wheat bagel, two hard-boiled eggs, and a yogurt. Also, the 24h coffee/tea station does not have tea/hot water/sugar, and only offers creamer instead of proper milk.

Welcoming lobby, nice room, convenient parking and great breakfast!

I'd requested a room near the elevator due to mobility issues, and was given a room at the end of a long hall way. I asked to have my room changed, and the front counter staff was very willing to make the change. Thank you. I stayed two nights, and my room was not refreshed, nor was I given fresh towels. The coffee was also not replaced. When I asked about getting fresh towels, I was told the towels weren't replaced, due to Covid.
