Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau

This resort had a great water park that is ideal for families. The room was clean with nice decorations. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The infinity pool area for adults was a nice amenity for singles and couples.

The staff were not always approachable or eager to help. The food available on site was mediocre at best and very expensive. We opted to walk to nearby Dunkin Donuts for breakfast each morning.

Beautiful and comfortable room. Gorgeous view. Pool and beach staff were superb. Very clean property. Not far from airport.

Food and Beverage staff were unfriendly and average customer service. Items on the menu were frequently unavailable with no apology or offer for substitutes. Was overcharged for a beer and told the price went up that day, which was untrue One of the 2 elevators got stuck every day.

Facility is new and beautiful, but staff is little lazy, no one offers you drinks or trying to help. Once you’ve got a room, you are on your own

Even at a lobby bar no one offers bring you drink, we asked for can or glass to go - they’ve sent us buy drinks in hotel shop

The infrastructure is amazing… pool, private beach, jacuzzi, view, the bedroom, the cleanliness… everything was perfect.

The downside is the employees. What’s wrong with them? Commonly very lazy, and super not welcoming! I realize that I missing smiles when I got into the plane back. The management need interference for training urgently!

At check-in, we received an upgrade when they found out we were there for a birthday celebration! Majority of the staff were very friendly at reception, within the water park, towel hut, pool side restaurant, etc. Everything in the hotel was brand new and well thought out. The Small waterpark is a great feature, beach access great, rooms and furnishings were comfortable and great. There are enough activities to keep you busy for a few days. After our stay, we have recommended the place to 2 others who ended up booking at Margarita ville.

- Paid parking - Expensive snacks at waterpark restaurant due to resort fee charges. We paid $93 for 3 hotdogs & fries and a mini bowl of nachos

great location modern rooms facility at top level : fun park, private beach, pools and roof bars, infinity pool, surf pool etc staff on international level

restaurants are not at the level of the other services high price target

Lots of amenities, clean, modern, spacious. Easy to order food and drinks from wherever you are in the hotel as different bars etc, very easy and good atmosphere.

the while building at the end of the pier is a bit unattractive and sometimes being so close to the cruise ships is a bit much

We liked the beach, the water park and the view from the room. The property is managed good and there was more than enough staff everywhere. It was nice that canoes and paddle boards were free for guests and they also had big floats for guests to relax on the water.

We were not very happy with the food offered in the Vacation Cafe restaurant and their prices. We did not like that the resort was right in the downtown area where it’s not good and safe for walking at all - people screaming from the cars to pedestrians, abandoned pets laying on the streets and constantly being warned to keep your wallet deep in your backpack. There is no grocery store near by and the price of water bottle in the resort is $7, price of sunscreen which lasts one day is $40.

There are so much charges…..and we weren’t informed about the tax charges prior to booking ….I thought the tax was added to the final price that was given to us on the booking site

Breakfast was nice. There could be a little more options with white meat Eg: turkey beacon/Veggie meat/turkey/chicken hotdogs.The hostess is friendly, show warmth and rendered assisting as needed...The atmosphere is pleasurable and relaxing.. Please dont change..

The public restroom was not its best upkeep. Tissue was not properly stored away in its correct trashbins..Attention needed to a pleasant odor. The installations of materials and layout was very eyecatching..
