Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nassau, an IHG Hotel

Liked the breakfast,.cleaniness of.the room

I would have liked to have early checkin. I was there around 12pm, and the room wasn't ready, but the staff wasn't communicative enough. At 3, the room still wasn't ready. When I asked what was going to be done about it, another person stepped in and changed the room. I had to ask if it was same size and view. The staff could have explained and showed a little.more customer service.

Not one of these anonymous and big hotels. The Holiday Inn Nassau is a budget hotel, located downtown Nassau, close to the beach (less than 50 meters). It is charming for its staff, people at front desk as well as all service people. I personally like the open and friendly athmosphere, guests like you and me. The facility is not brand new, but management is ivesting in maintenance and refurbishment. Rooms are really clean, include a fridge and coffee maker. All equipment was working fine.

Rooms was clean and neat,the beach was great nice clear waters and friendly people their was lots to do.the breakfast was very good every morning it was a variety of dishes every day we totally enjoy it.

More activity in the hotel like a happy hour by the pool or even a Bingo night where we would be able to have a glass of wine or a drink and win some money to take back home lol .

View was amazing. Value was great for the Prime location. Easy access to main streets. Safe. 24 hour security and staff always available. Really appreciated the parking lot. Safe, Clean, Monitored. Rooms were clean, A/C worked great. Housekeeping kept all 5 of us constantly stocked. Front desk answered any and all questions. On site COVID testing was fantastic and easy. Glad they still had the breakfast although with some COVID Rules. Food was hot, fresh, huge portions ( we asked for smaller after 1st day) and wait staff constantly cleaning, bringing anything else needed. Everyone friendly and helpful. If you'd like a nice, clean, well run hotel near Nassau tourist center, this is a great place to stay.

Shuttle from the airport. We wound up renting a car so we really did appreciate the safe and secure parking lot.

The breakfast was great and the location is one of the best.

I like the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Looking forward for my next vacation stay at Holiday Inn in Toronto Canada.

I think the room was beautiful and practical. Bathroom needs to be more fresh. Because there are no windows, air freshners should be used. The Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Their attitudes make the stay enjoyable.

Even though the rooms are nice they could be fresh. There was no odor but could do with some fresh fragrance which would complement the ambience. Additionally, need to ensure that there are enough was rags for the guests. I had enough towels for two guests but only one was rag.

I commend the staff they were excellent and very helpful. They represented this organization very well.. A special thank you to the evening staff they were very helpful whenever we asked questions about places to Go and eat out or enjoy the evening. Excellent morning staff also.

I enjoy the breakfast fresh and well prepared And the cleaning staff did a excellent job with the rooms and and properties.

The daily breakfast was well-stocked and good. Nice beach directly across the street and an excellent beach just a 15 minute bus ride away. Quick walk to the Straw Market and downtown Nassau. Overall a wonderful location!

Quiet perfect room for one person and breakfast quite enough good

On the first day, my back feels itchy and rash happened because of bedsheets i think, I wish more cleaniness. I have very hypersensitive skin allergy. but it quite alright with my cream on the next day.

The front desk staff are awesome. They totally grasp what true customer service is. Shanilyah and Sherrel served with excellency and professionalism.

There was no refrigerator when I checked in although the front made note of it. None was placed up until my departure.
