ibis Budget - Dandenong

Very basic accommodation, but that is exactly what I expected and all that I needed. Good value for money, comfortable room and friendly staff. The property also offers an earlier check in time than most other accommodation options.

It's a little way out from the town centre, but if you don't have a car and don't like or want to walk, there are public transport options available. Other guests were a little noisy at times, with doors banging at all hours of the night, loud talking and things being dropped on the floor in the room above.

Although my stay was cut short, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were really helpful and the room was really clean. My room had a small fridge in it and a kettle which I found useful. The air conditioner/heating unit was great and my cool room made me sleep really well. The location is also good, close to many restaurants, supermarkets, and a shopping centre. The staff were also very helpful and efficient when coordinating with booking.com to refund my payment for the remaining days of my originally planned stay.

I would have liked a washcloth and hand towel in the rooms as well. This is a minor detail and considering the price of the stay, it this is insignificant.

Just what we needed. Great parking, our car felt safe there. Provide towels.

No lift, a bit small and very basic but you get what you pay for. The room needs a bit of attention with a few things needed fixing like the safety clasp on window and toilet paper handle.

As it says its a Budget hotel. It's clean but not 5 star. Staff are helpful and polite. The shower and toilet are in a cubicle which can be a little difficult. Water pressure was good. Bed was good. Clean towels and sheets. Would stay again.

We entered the lobby to be greeted by a friendly staff member by the name Neville whom was exceptionally helpful and could hold a pleasant conversation, he was professional at all times and he was just so lovely and made the start of our stay so positive and cheerful. I wish I could nominate him for staff member of the year award as he is the perfect candidate I believe. So big thanks to Nev keep your happy sprite coming thru 🤗🤗🤗

The only thing I could mention would be the tiny hand soap really could be a touch bigger and smell of something rather than nothing.

Location was good. Staff was nice and waited for us to come in. We did a very late check in. There was an issue with the pipe on the sink leaking and they were quick to come and fix it straight away.

Everything was good.

...The fact that I could open the window and let fresh air circulate whilst I slept was a bonus. The bed was very clean and extremely comfortable.

.....it is a budget motel...you get what you pay for...I got value for my money. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Clean, comfy, value for money and location. Additional toilets for use near reception.

Room and toilet are a bit small. No iron shown. Laundry is a bit dirty, but didn't use so just for improvements if you wish.

Didn't have breakfast there. It was our 42second wedding anniversary and after a phone call asking if flowers could be placed in the room ,when we arrived the flowers were lovely and so were the chocolates and card. My wife loved it. Thank you very much. Ken And Anne Butler.

A comfortable easy chair.

Location are very convenient

The bed moving, we been here about more then three times but this time we not happy with the bed rolling it should be locked, we trying to check it but nothing work.
