Exceptional service & hospitality. The breakfast packs given us were delicious & most welcomed. The reception staff & restaurant staff very helpful & delightful. The Assistant Manager went out of his way to accommodate us in the Bistro with hands on service. Overall, a great place to stay, entertainment & food/drinks wonderful. Overall experience rating 10/10 and more besides. Thank you everyone & to a lovely young lady in the Bistro for her suggestions & service beyond asking, I hope you're recognised for your potential Managerial skills, your wisdom, creativity & smarts.

The large bed was comfortable but a little soft for my bad back, so a little firmer would have been great. Still good though. A microwave & toaster would have been useful for small food heating/soup & toast just for the administering of my elderly mother's medication to have with food, especially at breakfast. During Covid a lot of restaurant breakfast services everywhere aren't available, so sometimes it would be nice to have a hot breakfast, not just cereal.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. They serve fantastic food, very affordable. The room was clean, the beds very comfy, the sheets were new and clean. Every day they have room cleaning service, the staff members were very nice. Very close, on the other side of the road it was a nice park where you could work out and kids could play.

The room was very clean & as described. The beds were comfortable. The staff were fantastic & service was great. Good value for money, will consider returning again.

The shower/bathtub had lining missing from the bottom which made showering uncomfortable.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

It would be better if there is someone available at reception all the time as we had to wait to check in and other requests.

Nice and clean, the heater had been put on for me, which was fantastic, the bed and pillows was lovely. Lots of hot water for shower, The staff on the front desk were lovely, wen't out of there way to help.

Only little issue was the TV Remote, the back was missing and the batteries were flat so couldn't watch any TV. Wasn't a big deal breaker for me. Was just happy to relax in a nice comfy bed.

The staff here were amazing. From check in to all bar/restaurant staff they were all so helpful and friendly. We all enjoyed our meals. You can here some traffic at night, but not bad at all. The beds really are so comfortable, we all slept well. Would recommend this hotel

Shower was strong and hot. Bed was very comfortable

Check-in was in the hotel with no one around. I had to walk around to find someone but they were mostly interested in helping. When I did find someone they seemed annoyed about helping me check in. The rooms look rundown from the outside but are quite nice on the inside. The rooms are near a main road so there is a lot of road noise but I knew that going in.

The rooms are so clean and beautifully furnished

I wish the front private court yard downstairs was not enclosed bc someone dropped their phone from upstairs there and they had to knock at my door for me to give them their phone back. I Didn't like that i had to open to strangers safety concern.

The room was spotless clean and so cosy I thought I was staying at the most luxurious hotel. The staff are always smiling. Thank you see you soon

I wanted my 2 free drinks delivered to my room. I could only have them at the venues bar unfortunately. But that's ok. It means getting out and mingling with locals. Not be lazy. Love socialising.

Walking distance to the venue for indoor netball nationals. Close to Aldi .

A little to far from the city and we were a little lost getting buses etc
