Emerald Central Hotel

Clean, beautiful and spacious rooms. Close to the location (tennis courts) we wanted to be, but not directly on the main road with traffic. The balcony was refreshing. All the important house items were there! Owners were informative with a timely welcome text to provide info of our stay.

We looked for the crockery, just to find that it was in an obvious cupboard we didn't open! The owners were great at helping us to find it. An extra hook for the towels in the bathroom will be great. The TV battery might be almost flat. It work most times.

After initially getting a room that was not what we requested, the staff went over and above to accommodate us. Really please with their professionalism and curtesy.

Room was a little unclean (cobwebs on ceiling) but overall, it was clean.

A very pleasant surprise to have a complimentary continental breakfast in the dining room. Thank you! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is an older motel and is in need of some refreshing but we had a pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable bed and enjoyed our breakfast. The staff recommendation for dinner was great too.

Great location, with clean rooms. The free wifi ran smoothly and was a reasonable speed.

The wall rattler made a bit of noise (as they do) but once you got used to that, it helped put you to sleep and drown out the noises outside. Overall I have always enjoyed staying here.

Great little touches like the mints. The microwave was a great unexpected and used facility. Parking was easy, rooms were perfectly clean

. The showerwas miserable. We would still stay again but maybe mention the poor shower flow if we stayed more then a night. Great place

Great location. Nice and central to all the shops. Good budget rooms, not the flashest out there. But had everything you needed, was nice and clean, and at a very good rate.

Pillows weren't what I was used to if I had to pick anything.

Nice property with very friendly staff. There is a basic complimentary breakfast provided. Good location with an Irish pub just around the corner. We had a "two-bedroom suite" which was just two rooms with a connecting door - great for families.

It was great to go to our room and the air-conditioning was already on. And room was presented beautifully.

Unable to get hold of reception to pay. Not a fan of leaving credit card details in a box that could easily be broken into.
